  1. Past hour
  2. The what if scenario that terrorists might be among the millions of "migrants" allowed to pour over the border is truly outlandish. Eye roll worthy.
  3. 😂 I don’t want the Jets telling me what’s a good idea and what is not. Might I suggest they work out an actual contract extension before trading for someone who then decides he doesn’t want to play for you?
  4. that would be 80mph, lol. come on. I set cruise control for 85 and I'm getting passed routinely. This kid's a clown, but this is nothing
  5. Fiscal responsibility magically disappears when they control all three branches. Suddenly, deficits don’t matter, ethics are optional, and 'doing the right thing for the American people' takes a backseat to power consolidation. Funny how debt and morals only seem to matter when Democrats are in charge.
  6. A proposed $5 trillion debt limit increase could make it hard for Republicans to maintain their fiscal hawk credibility.

  8. Yes you were deliberately bald-faced lying. And I take offense to THAT being permitted unfettered simply because it's perceived as "in defense" of the team. This is a fan site. Not a team sanctioned platform. There was a heavily censored team message board for people like you but the team decided those fans weren't worth the time and kicked everyone there to the curb. If you want to advance discussion or just not look illogical then don't create false facts. I've been here 27 years and if a team/player criticism is exaggerated for effect I respond the same way as I do to your homer BS. You can't have logical football discussions with the outrageous hyperbole so when someone like you just wants to shout down a topic with nonsense I will call it out.
  9. a bit different but I Like it. Jazz is usually not my thing. This clip is new so it qualifies here . I LOVE the visual
  10. Cook and Knox should flip salaries, I mean why are we paying 14 million for a guy with back to back 22 catch seasons.
  11. Oh they will for sure. It's just that typically the home team is trying to stop fans from reselling to opposing fans. But now the Jets are actively encouraging it. Bold move.
  12. nah. they share dissatisfaction and restlessness. They don't need reminding. ideology is just a word most don't understand.
  13. Where did I say its a bad thing to design an offense to take advantage of a players strengths?? The question was can a player who isn't very smart win an MVP, and my answer was yes if he is put in the perfect offense for him and gets massive help from the media. That gimmicky read option Offense with a future first ballot Hall of Fame RB standing right next to him is the only Offense he would be successful running.
  14. Wow. So let me get this straight: you think recognizing and correcting historic exclusion is the same as racism - just with better PR? DEI isn’t about handing out gold stars for skin color - it’s about widening the door after centuries of locking it shut. If you think fairness means pretending that history didn’t happen, that’s not equality - that’s denial - and that is totally you.
  15. THANK YOU for your time in reply. great man really.
  16. I wonder if this applies to particularly awful past games that were actually attended…
  17. one shouldn't need any convincing at all to travel to Dublin...
  18. The ONLY way we trust the mullahs to be honest about their nuke program (presuming they are still in power when the dust settles) is by full, complete, unfettered inspection of their facilities. Like Reagan said "trust but verify." And that can work. It worked in the late 80's, both sides got to inspect the other's facilities to prove they were honoring the treaties. What repercussions happen if they don't allow that &/or they get caught cheating: if the "good guys" are serious about not letting Iran have a bomb; in short order we're back to where we are today. If they're not serious about it and the mullahs are still there, we go back to where we were before: with the mullahs lying about following the jcpoa rules and supporting as much terrorist activity as they can buy. As @sherpa stated, the BEST way to ensure the mullahs don't end up with control of nukes is by removing them from power. It looked like the Iranian people were on the verge of overthrowing the mullahs 10 or so years ago. Our government then signed the jcpoa and literally gave their government "pallets of cash." So much for that rebellion. Not expecting 47 nor Netanyahu to be nearly as accomodating as the US had been in the past. So, hopefully what Israel is doing now is enough to give the Iranian people the ability to overthrow the mullahs. THAT would be best case and would be a true game changer for global politics.
