Just that alone tells you something is wrong, the league putting a finger on the scale for the home team, in my view. Also stating that a couple years ago I was against NIL and thought players should be grateful for the education. I have opened my eyes recently to a different opinion. If schools are fine with it and willing to pay. Its really no difference to professional sports now without a salary cap. Schools/teams with the most money, get the best players. Its up to the players to choose the money, national exposure, community, school pride, etc. Which I am totally fine with.
