  2. Would anyone be shocked if this turns out to be true? EXCLUSIVE: This morning my team received an e-mail from officer at ATF. The email included a screen shot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon and cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting at Utah Valley State University. "On September 10, 2025, at approximately 12:24PM, Conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. Mr. Kirk was speaking at the University as part of the American Comeback Tour. Multiple SLC I and III agents responded immediately. The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on a rooftop in an adjacent building on the campus and surveillance video shows the suspect, jumping off and fleeing the area on foot. ATF and other law-enforcement located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. The location of the firearm appears to match the suspects route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top fed magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. An emergency trace has been submitted an ATF SLC is working leads generated by the trace. The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions. Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional importer information. Multiple people of interest having contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and review of video footage. The primary suspect is yet to be identified. ATF is assisting the investigation with multiple other federal, state, and local partners and the case is co-led by the FBI and Utah SBI.""
  3. He’d be more qualified to do this than sing southern rock, which isn’t saying much. But he played the part well, that’s for sure.
  4. That may be. Still doesn't remove the larger point that this season is a referendum on the HC, GM, and their philosophy on how to win.
  5. Yes, but I will say… the fans have improved as their team has remained stagnant for so long. Only the die hards seem to be left and I respect that. I’m sure the bandwagon obnoxious NJ and Long Island people will all be back if they ever become good again.
  6. Creation of Black middle class, Blacks have opportunites, rights, and a place in society, Blacks not targeted with instuional violence as much, yet they are worse off? You can make any stupid argument you want, but saying Blacks were better off before they had civil rights is pretty ignorant. It's ignorant Period Wow, what an idiot you are
  7. Any fanbase that is led by this clown deserves to be hated.
  8. You said you would be very pleased if some were shot Luigi style. You’ve tried to lie your way around that but your words are there for all to see. Seems like you might be ashamed of them but you lack the character to say as much. Easier to keep lying I guess.
  9. Back in the 60's, the Jets were a big rival it seemed so to me. But I was a kid then.
  10. The blind spot for liberals is that they are oblivious to KGB infiltration into the Democratic Party that has occurred for over 70 years... During the Clinton regime, after the end of the Cold War... They began to cater to the Chinese Communist Party... Similarly, the Neo-cons are also closet communists... Their roots are from the Soviet rejects like Trotsky... People fail to understand that communists are without question capitalists... So much so that they believe 100% in capitalism for them... And tyranny and communism for everyone else... The USSR was simply a singular corporation in practice... The Communist Party loved their profits and private balance sheets... For the people... They got poverty and a pathetic facsimile of a western industrial sector... When the USSR fell, it became obvious to the world how they were a hollow and weak nation run by kleptocrats... Which is of course the current fantasy they have for the USA...
  11. In the 80s, when Rich stadium was really wild, tickets were still cheap enough that there would always be a large group a Jets fans starting sh!t in the end zone seats, getting the crap kicked out of them. So while the team vs team rivalry may not have been huge, fan vs fan rivalry certainly was.
  12. Count me among those who feel his hand/glove touched and that the official was in perfect position. You'll notice too that the Ravens didn't protest. At 1:37:40: I was thinking more Galveston. You could see immediately that it was a bad spot and that the spotting official was out of position... well behind the play. You could also see that McDermott didn't like the spot but things were happening quickly because the Bills were in a hurry-up/quick snap mode and in the moment he chose not to challenge. NFL Replay Assist is permitted to review spots but didn't... again I think because of the frantic-ness of the moment. At 1:31:35: Yes, I pointed out in the game thread that former Referee John Parry was hired by the Bills last year in part to assist with challenges. Collinsworth did comment on the throw placement at 1:54:00:
  13. They are a division foe and annoyance but they are not a rival the way I consider Miami, KC, NE, or heck even the Jags who we have lost two different playoff games to and some truly other weird a$$ games. Their fans are just obnoxious as heck more then anything so seeing them down is enjoyable haha, but there hasn't been a major moment with NY while I have been alive which was cut deep by them. The opening losses in 2002 and 2023 stunk but even those again were bad days not McKelvin level pain part of two decades of pain with NE or the hate that builds with Miami when their going. 2023 with Miami was especially enjoyable because it felt like the old days and winning in their house to take the division was soooo sweet. The arrogance that fanbase and their media had going into that finale made it so satisfying to put them back in their place. At no time have I ever had a feeling remotely close to that with NY.
  14. Absolutely. I give McD enough flak but also credit where it is due. The team, overall, was a well-oiled machine. Stayed disciplined and dialed-in. And the entire series at the end of the game was a thing of beauty, forcing Baltimore to burn through their TOs, getting the ball setup, getting the clock running, running the fg team out and getting the snap off right at 2 seconds left, no errors or dumb penalties. Very, very impressive, and I think under-appreciated across the fans in the aftermath. The specific gameplans/schemes/playcalling may have been less than perfect, and some player execution needs improvement. But no real mistakes that kill the team. I also agree that McD made all the right decisions as they popped up. Including the decision to NOT challenge the bad spot. Big props to McD on that.
  15. Haha I thought the same thing. Played for Bills 25 years ago
  16. I’m sorry if this comes across as a lecture, and it’s not directed at anyone specifically, but it is pretty useless to make broad assumptions about teams after week one — anecdotally referred to as “the biggest liar in the NFL.” The first game is essentially the first time many starters have played together in a real football game in nearly a year. For the Jets, it was the first game under new coordinators and a HC. It’s the first game for rookies. For the Bills, it was a game in which several new faces were integrated into the offense and defense and a 6th round rookie started at CB2! We don’t know what we don’t know yet about these teams, aside from Josh Allen. The only thing I’m certain of going into this game is that the Bills are a more established football team with the best player on the planet at QB. Last week the Jets lost a game that by all accounts they should have won…that sounds to me more like their traditional m.o. than a sudden turnaround under Aaron Glenn and Justin Fields. Let me see the Jets handle a Bills team with a proven track record before I believe they are a threat.
  17. Ahhhh yes.....we were up there on Sunday night - without a paddle
  18. Appreciate this post. But it’s really not a both sides thing.. at least not to an equal extent..
  19. No man. This ain’t it. You better tap out fast. He didn't have a problem with the Civil Rights Act because of the act itself but because of what happened downstream of it. His conclusions, that are hard to argue, are that almost immediately you see a downward trend in almost all metrics in the black community. Divorce rate goes up. Unwed mothers increase. Educational advances stagnate. Etc. After the CRA you see the establishment of a permanent government bureaucracy that captures black American and keeps them there under thumb. Even the negative things he attributes to MLK aren't untrue. MLK was an alcoholic. He was a spouse abuser. And he cheated on his wife. Those are just facts. Kirk was a devout Christian. It's no secret how most Christians view homosexuality. As for the Jewish money stuff. The ADL and other Jewish organizations did funnel large sums of money into woke and militant movements in recent years. Also not a secret. And yall should really pick a lane on this one. Was he a Jewish critic or a Zionist shill? There doesn't seem to be a consensus on which label democrats wanna stick on him. You're still going to have to explain why any of this validates any notion that he should he be murdered. Thanks for confirming you believe he deserved to die for speech you disagreed with. You're a sick ***k
  20. With respect to @ComradeKayAdams for being somewhat correct, it started way before Clinton. But they are unable to state when exactly it happened because it violates the leftist religion. And it’s good to see that the resident leftists woke up and decided to be honest instead of lying like they did last night. Took all of 8 hours to go from “I didn’t mean that” to “yeah he deserved it.” Football guys, grill guys, “just leave me alone” guys: understand that Charlie Kirk was politically little different from you, most likely. They rejoice at his death. They want you dead too. You will never be left alone.
