  1. Past hour
  2. First I heard Walter Nolan’s name since April
  3. That's hilarious, right now. But if it happens, we may have to blame you. 😉😆😂
  4. 1.7 extra mil with only half the regular season+playoffs remaining is a lot of practice squad guys 😂
  5. Dallas in particular has been in a state of purgatory for decades as a form of karmic retribution for their absolutely loathsome early-90s teams.
  6. Yeah he looked lost on the play, maybe thinking screen and was looking to blow it up Check out NFL point differential leaders last 5 years and you be pleasantly surprised 😀
  7. The point was a much older player had the same surgery and went on to play multiple years of meaningful football.
  8. I bought a 28.00 HD antenna from Walmart and I'm back in business!
  9. There aren't a ton more things we can do to create space, but there are some. Extending McGovern, Bosa, Epenesa or Edwards could create more room so there are some things, but how crazy do you really want to get? McGovern is a good C and I would be more than happy to extend him. Bosa is an interesting one because of his age and injury history. And with the way his contract is structured, he has a much bigger cap hit in the years to come in the void years of the contract. AJ has been better this year, but how much is he worth in a long term contract? And Edwards is a solid G, but you can't pay everyone on the line. There are things you could do with DaQuan Jones, Milano, and Knox as well, but I am not sure you want to tie yourself to these guys any longer than you have to but there are options with those guys too if you are really feeling frisky. So, while there are a few things we can do to create more space if we want it, the question is what are the soundest and most team friendly moves to make? Regardless, I see a lot of posts saying we can't go big game hunting because of cap space. Well......that's sort of true and sort of not. If there was a HUGE move out there that Beane is dying to make, he can.....but it might involve doing things with contracts for certain guys that we man not exactly want to do those things with. But the option is there if he wants it.
  10. With all the injuries we need the money to restock the practice squad.
  11. Just want emphasize the importance of being proactive. Standing pat is not an option. I can criticize Beane for not bringing a vertical guy into the season. If he does at the deadline I’ll applaud his efforts, but not some dumpster dive to preserve draft capital. We’re the favored team to win the SB in Vegas. Let’s give ourselves a fighting chance.
  12. Was Jerry just leaning to look at the sign language lady’s 🍑?
  13. That’s basically what they did with cooper last year. Cleveland had already paid him everything he was due so he was super cheap
  14. He seems like a great human He is not a starting defensive back in the NFL tho.
  15. Well fine. But he would’ve been a great replacement for Hoecht.
  16. Yes. I can't believe I forgot to add his name. That error has been corrected.
  17. Really hope they have another deal in the works that explains this. Would have been solid Hoecht replacement and on a one year deal.
  18. I feel bad for the kid. He seemed like an all right guy who had the best of intentions and he really wanted the playbook. He had real intent with that playbook. I mean, I guess he ran out of toilet paper or something cause he sure as ***** didn’t read it.
  19. I'm on team swing for the fences this year
  20. Can he technically come back if he never actually arrived?
