  2. Palmer is our #2 next season. Shakir will be in the Slot. Shavers is under contract next year as well and could return as WR6. Coleman may be a part of a trade. Or he could enter Elam territory where we give him more time but he's considered no greater than our 4th WR. Basically, they just need a True #1 next season to line up next to Palmer and Shakir. He's either going to have to make a trade, trade up in the Draft, or lure away someone like George Pickens or Mike Evans in Free Agency. We can fill out the other spot or two on the bottom with a Day 3 Pick and/or low price Free Agents.
  3. The game tomorrow vs TB is being played in 20 mph winds. All this focus on WR seems a bit misplaced given the winner is likely the team who has the most rushing yards.
  4. Sabres proved you wrong. Bills will do the same. Bills 34 Bucs 23
  5. Beane hasn’t fumbled every pick, but he hasn’t done well enough. I don’t really care about where we draft, there are good players that go outside the first round every year. The Chiefs dynasty is in part because they found two hall of famers in Kelce and Chris Jones outside of the first round (prior GM but still under Andy). Not to mention Tyreek. Using AJ as an example really isn’t bolstering your point. Yea he is fine for where he is drafted (0 sacks in 12 playoff games lollll) but in such a competitive league nailing 5 fine players is not getting you over the hump as we have seen. The proof is in the playoff exits. Beane (and the Colts GM) stick out as GMs that have had their job for a long time without the results.
  6. Personally think we should go big game hunting in trade market. And we should draft another as high as value makes sense in rounds 1-3. Move up a few slots if you have to make need match up with BPA correctly. I would've liked to see Keon get some shared reps in slot with Shakir, but I dont think hes remotely earned it. On paper hes the #1 on this team. Most snaps of all WR's. Josh Allen is his QB. 330 yards in a hair over half the season. Hes been disciplined several times. Brisk jogging routes. Crazy disrespectful and ignorant. Part of me genuinely thinks he should be cut as a wake up call and example to the rest of the team. I dont say that lightly.... but hes the best example of a guy with no fire. The one thing he did exceptionally well, and still has an advantage over NFL DB's is his build and 50/50 ball skills (lol!).... dude looks completely disinterested in fighting for them now. I dunno If hes a punk. Or Poyer made him realize he doesn't have it at the NFL level last year. Obviously were not in a position to cut him though. If something happens to Shakir, he'll get his chance in the slot. Im sure his confidence is shot too, which is another reason I change should've been made sooner. Probably wouldn't change anything, but doesn't mean thst wasn't the right thing to do. Crazy
  7. Beane has butchered the WR position possibly worse than probably any GM in history. Add to it that he has a generational QB and it makes it even more of a disaster Diggs contract extension with him being traded the next offseason Following up with the Samuel contract and Coleman while failing to trade up and secure any of the top guys that are producing Failing to draft anyone meaningful at the position last offseason and then blowing up at radio hosts when they call you out on it Watching Hollins walk and then signing a Chargers cast off with a whopping one TD last season to another big contract This guy has failed the Bills and Josh Allen massively. With the money we have tied up in these wideouts, we could've paid an actual playmaker and would likely be an offense that could not be stopped
  8. Coleman was supposedly Allen's guy...🤷‍♀️ Go Bills!!
  9. I mean 1-2 plays in these playoff games and the QBs are basically identical.... KC in 23 also had wr issues and were te centric.
  10. Turned it off at 1-4, checked the boxscore and saw they won. Just finished where I left off. Tage was awesome.
  11. We're not discussing his appearance on WGR or how he's fumbled the WR Room. That's been covered to death and we all know his failures there. We're discussing him having too many 1st and 2nd Round Busts in his tenure and the fact is that it's not any higher than most teams in the league. Not every 1st and 2nd Round Pick is created equal. We haven't had a Top 10 selection since 2018 and 2019. Since then we've picked in the 23-30 range and twice didn't have a pick in the 1st Round. Most years we're picking outside of the range of how many "1st Round Grade" prospects are available in the Draft, regardless of the rhetoric he likes to give of "we got the last player we had a 1st Round Grade on" rhetoric he likes to give on an almost yearly basis. Most of those players you say that aren't giving enough impact are very good return for where they're selected. AJ Epenesa, for example, is often talked about as a bust. But compare him to other 2nd Round DE's over the past 15 years who were taken in Round 2, let alone at the bottom of Round 2 and he looks pretty damn good.
  12. Today
  13. Dude, this is getting embarassing now. I genuinely don't know if you're trolling at this point. 1. The Jays sold out multiple home games in the regular season. I know this because I looked for tickets myself. They finished second in the AL and 9th in the MLB in attendance. What's your barometer on where they'd have to finish to get the badolbilz seal of booing approval? Top 5? Also, on what planet is the Rogers Center a new stadium? Why are you just spewing nonsense and making yourself look foolish? 2. Who tf are you to decide who gets to boo and when? You're just a misinformed fan who obviously takes this stuff far too seriously. 3. Nice retort. 4. So you advise someone to take a rowdy Canadian fan's drink and throw it at them and they won't do anything back because they are pu$$ies, yet you ignore any kind of trash talk when you're around. What does that say about you? Anyway, let me just take this moment to thank you for showing restraint because you're obviously stronger than everyone here and we're lucky that you don't snap us in half when we annoy you. 5. The booing was obviously directed at your administration and had died down as soon as it had started early in the year. The Jays have played in multiple US cities this season, including New York. Was never an issue. Then, unprompted, some idiotic, neanderthal Yankee fans booed the Canadian anthem in the postseason. That's the definition of classless. You really should just stick to posting about the Bills. Some of your posts are actually insightful in that forum. You're out of your element here.
  14. Wouldn’t have it any other way
  15. A year? Try most of his first round picks have been whiffs (and many others) and setback this franchise not just a year, but many years! Josh Allen was by no means a sure thing and to a large degree, Beane got somewhat lucky. His draft record overall is horrendous along with all his bad free agency picks and contracts. He has wasted so much precious draft capital that we've acquired over the years that he needs to stay far away from picking players.
  16. Yeah, and Hawes, Strong, Deone Walker, Cole Bishop who looks like he's turned the corner, Kincaid, Torrence, Cook, Bernard, Shakir, Benford, Rousseau, Brown, Gabe Davis, Dane Jackson, Ed Oliver, Dawson Knox, .... Oh, wait, those run counter to your silly narrative? Oh, sorry about that. Teams make bad picks. Every single team, without exception. Even in the first round. Bottom line, though is that teams need to be ranked by their complete draft record, not picking out this round and that round. And while it's still way way way early, Hairston looks good.
  17. It’s RealIty Gut Check time! The uninspired, terrible performance in our blowout loss to the lowly Dolphins was a backhand slap to the face from our beloved franchise. Worse yet, the tremendous rash of debilitating injuries continues as we lose our best (Only??😳) receiving threat to a bad hamstring injury and likely for a few weeks in Dalton Kincaid! Our missing players read like a Who’s Who list of Pro Bowl talent level players! I’m being haunted by JA17’s public acknowledgment that his bride has shown him there’s more to life than football.. and it’s showing in his play! Fears of an UNEXPECTED early retirement would stab me in the heart! 💔 I’m not of the growing ‘Fire Everybody’ contingent as management isn’t to blame for the injuries. With snow now blanketing the north, most of our premier players are cozying up to the toasty fireplace in the ski lodge, donning casts and braces.. But the schedule has now become daunting in the face of this! Up next is the pizzed off Tampa Bay Buccaneers, led by fellow QB Class of 2018 alum and 1st overall pick Baker Mayfield, who were beaten by our Division leading Patriots* last week.. I’m still hopeful about a playoff spot 🤞but frankly, this ain’t shaping up to be our year.. We still have 4 presumably winnable games -the Steelers, Browns, Bengals and Jets given our 7 wins to date, but we’ll probably need help as well as NO MORE CRITICAL INJURIES, which simply isn’t likely.. For some much needed good news, our rookies, sophomores and 3rd year players are showing significant improvement and growth! This bodes well for the offseason as we can cut many expiring contracts from older players, reducing their fat cap hits. Beane is riding a 2-3 year Drafting record of adding solid players- they just can’t stay healthy! For the Bucs, Baker & Vita Vea are the standout players but their nucleus is pretty solid. Todd Bowles is a no-nonsense coach. They’re susceptible to play action and can’t handle the Blitz. (their starting Guards and WRs are on IR) So get Cook and the RBs active in the passing game and get after Baker! If our record isn’t 7-3 by 5:30 pm, the season could well be up in the air!🫨🫣 1st, For our part, we’re wearing our Throwback uniforms again. ❤️ Too bad it wasn’t for the Fergy game.. We get Gabe Davis and TJ Sanders back/activated and added Mecole Hardman while likely getting Josh Palmer back! One more TD catch and Dawson Knox will move into 10th place in team history for most TD catches! This SHOULD be enough - if we can get the pass rush going.. We NEED the Mafia in full throat this afternoon to help the Bills get out of this funk they’re in! I Billieve and so do you! NE* is trying to lay stake to the Division. We’re the only team who can derail their train -and By God, we SHOULD! Congrats to Dion Dawkins for being bestowed with The Keys to the City! 🙌 We GOT THIS! Go BILLS! Joe Marino chimes in
  18. The thing I keep coming back to is Beane was the money guy at Carolina. He doesn't have the football background. That helps to explain the uneven early round drafting and his insecurity. His philosophy of paying home grown guys is ok - he just keeps handling out pretty big contracts to decent but not excellent players. Eventually that puts you in a bad place, and here we are.
  19. Kair Coleman Or Keon Elam this pick potentially cost us a SB
  20. So to speculate on the “incident”, because now I’m curious, the only recent incident that comes to my mind is whatever happened at Josh’s house the night before the Bengal playoff game. That said, I don’t know how anyone’s presence would implicate that player in some way. If we’re talking incidents further in the past, there was the Marcel Dareus drag racing incident, where it eventually came out that Jerry Hughes was involved too. And there were also eventually stories that Jerry had an alter ego “Gary” on the field (https://spectrumlocalnews.com/nys/buffalo/sports/2020/10/29/the-evolution-of--gary--hughes). So, in lieu of no additional information or clues, Jerry is my guess 😃.
  21. Exactly as I said numerous times, Beane's draft record is basically horrendous along with most of his over paid contracts. His constant overdrafting, constantly picking the wrong player when the right player was there for the taking and just whiffing on so many picks (this includes free agency as well). He and his staff have blown so much precious draft capital that we had over the years, it's maddening and unforgivable. The Elam pick was the last straw and now the obvious to me from the moment he was picked in Coleman, I hated it. Dumb & slow.
  22. He's not even close to Kelvin Benjamin tbh
  23. So, "there's a high chance that," translated to normal language, means "I think this should happen." Got it. It's certainly a possibility, I guess. IMO Shakir and Palmer and Coleman will still be here, at a minimum. But it's certainly within the range of possibility that you're right.
  24. The biggest mistake he made was not double-dipping like he did with Benford in the Elam Draft. Coleman, man, what a clown. You have all of that God-given talent, a free path to targets, and Josh Allen as your QB. Work hard and you’re headed for a nine figure contract, no exaggeration. Some people are just low character.
