Well there certainly are enough posters here questioning how the Bills could have even kept him. I think if you took a poll on Carter and one of the options was "bust" I'll bet that would be the winner. Maybe you don't think he's a bust and I don't either, but think more do than don't. I just think he's a player that being young and injured and switched positions that could take more time to develop or the odds are in his favor of being a bust simply due to more player flame out than succeed.
