  1. Past hour
  2. I would love getting Jefferson, but it’s not fair to compare him to Elam and Kincaid. Yes, those are two recent firsts, but Jefferson was a late first round pick, it could easily be a home run. You just don’t know, and it’s disingenuous to dismiss two first round picks. That being said, I’d be ok going and getting Jefferson. He is a no doubt star and someone much better than even Diggs was. Allen woukd thrive with him.
  3. I get it. The problem you run into is not only the division then on the line but also seeding 1-3 hypothetically between Denver, Buffalo, and Jacksonville or Houston. I think it’s more likely that the Bills say screw it we need rest and sit them against the Jets
  4. One seed wouldn’t likely also be in play with the Philly game so it would mean something
  5. If it means nothing for us, why? This team had an early bye. We’re likely playing WC weekend. For what reason should we play our starters if that game means nothing. If it means nothing and was the final game of the season, they’d sit. We’ve seen this before. So why is it different if it’s the second to last game of the season… against a team that will need the game and has a strong pass rush? Cant manufacture urgency and we’d be sending guys out there in a game they know is meaningless, against a team likely needing the game.
  6. Considering every team has “draft boards”, the time they should have to select a pick should be about the same amount of time it takes to consummate a trade. I actually think the Bills do much, much better with their late round picks because they have less time to think they are outsmarting everyone else.
  7. Semantics my friend. of course the SC didn’t issue a ruling stating that “the president is above the law”. Rather they gave him extraordinarily broad (and vague) immunity, which effectively places the president above the law. Since most of us here are Bills fans, here is an analogy. You might say that Josh Allen running fo a first down with about 1:15 left in last weeks game ended the game. In actuality, that run didn’t end the game. The game ended when the clock read 0:00. However, his run effectively ended the game. Make sense ?
  8. They are headquartered in San Diego. I took part once in a taste test review at their corporate headquarters lol we were invited due to our affiliations with cub scouts. A group of us went and tested a chiabatta chicken sandwich. It was massive and waaaay too heavy. 1 could feed 2 people big lol they axed it almost immediately from the menu as I recall the best item on their menu are the egg rolls. Of all things. But they are really good 🙂
  9. "They want everyone that is fighting dead of cancer". Now that's profound and poetic. He also doesn't have enough talent to take on authority and win. I guess it's ok to dream. Why not dream about pleasant things?
  10. No we should not rest Allen and other important players against Philly.
  11. Why do you think 2 late first round picks would get a trade done. There is almost no world I see that working and if that was acceptable- there are 10 other teams in front of us that would make the trade with higher capital. JJ is not available for Buffalo without an additional overpay. Think 2 firsts and a 2nd to cover what people lower are offering or 2 1sts and a legitimate young player.
  12. This is honestly pretty surprising because I think we’ve got a 50/50 split on optimists vs pessimists haha feels like we haven’t had a majority picking the bills against a good team in awhile 😂
  13. Would you trade for Aiyuk? Because of what’s going on in San Fransisco he might be had a bit cheaper than normal top receiver.
  14. Still curious what's going through the Vulcan mind meld of McD, Babich and the rest of the defensive staff In the Cinci game, PFF had our DB's graded as follows: Benford - 59 snaps - 90.7 grade, key int for TD, sack, basically neutralized Chase Hancock - 22 snaps - 69.1 grade, solid day Bishop - 45 snaps - 60.5 grade, cramped up in the 4th Qtr Hairston - 25 snaps - 59 grade, not bad for a rookie against the Bengals receivers Poyer - 47 snaps - 51.6 grade, showing his age Taron - 59 snaps - 39.3 grade, not a great showing Tre' - 36 snaps - 34.9 grade, yikes [and frequent victim of Higgins] Lewis - 25 snaps 27.7 grade, can we do better? So basically 40% of our DB snaps are below replacement level.
  15. Hypothetical. Let’s say we beat NE. NE 11-3 BUF 10-4 The following week we beat the Browns & New England loses to Baltimore. NE 11-4 BUF 11-4 We then play Philly & NYJ NE plays NYJ and Miami That Philly game means literally nothing for us in this scenario, outside seeding. It all comes down to beating the Jets and NE losing to the Jets or Miami for the Division. IF this were to happen.. Should we rest Allen & all other important players against Philly? Or do you want to play that game out and guarantee the 5 seed? (which might even be ours with 12 wins anyway should we win our season finale) That game “could” be utterly meaningless in any and every aspect. Of course, it could also mean keeping pace with NE if they beat Baltimore or meaningful in the playoff race should we lose to NE and, heaven forbid, struggle against Cleveland. But we will know the outcome of that NE/BAL game heading into our game with Philadelphia.
  16. If the difference is an extra 3rd rounder or so then you pull the trigger. Not often does a young HOF WR without huge character concerns come around on the trade block.
  17. Pats 21 -12 Bills Maye has Brady DNA Genetic blends with uncertain ends On a fortune hunt that's far too fleet
  18. Michigan coaching search odds: Bills' Joe Brady, Kenny Dillingham lead potential Sherrone Moore replacements Joe Brady, Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator (+300) It's no secret the former LSU offensive coordinator who helped develop Joe Burrow in 2019 is willing to dip his toes back in college waters, but it would take the perfect opportunity. Brady surfaced on initial target lists for the Penn State opening earlier this cycle given his ties to the Nittany Lions as a former graduate assistant there and relationship with Buffalo Bills' owner, Terry Pegula, one of the school's biggest boosters. Brady has worked alongside Josh Allen the last four seasons in the NFL after previously failing as the Carolina Panthers' OC. He would bring a different, offense-first mentality to Michigan, like many others in this group of options. Biggest strength: Offensive acumen as a play-caller
  19. Of course it’s not a lock, but we have to draft some premium talent at receiver. Realistically, because of the receiver contracts it wouldn’t be wrong to draft a receiver every year, not always high, but constantly churn receivers and if we can’t keep them, we have a good chance at getting comp picks. I think this upcoming draft is the perfect time to take two receivers, or trade up for a premium receiver (trading up may preclude drafting 2).
  20. BUF - 20 NE - 31 patriots at home and coming off a bye against the "life is a box of chocolates" Bills. They can run, they can pass and we don't defend either very well. Stefon Diggs will be playing with his chip on his shoulder and so far in two games with Diggs on the other sideline Josh has had poor games.
  21. Stock market surging. Economic outlook improving. He’s having a very bad week. Sad.
  22. I don’t think it’s a “disaster.” That’s an over exaggeration. There are areas that need drastic improvement such as the pass rush and WRs who can stretch the field. Injuries have been devastating, but you can’t really “improve” health. I think the Bills have some of the best depth in the NFL defensively. I don’t go into a game panicking if a starting LB or DT goes down. Offensively, this is the most balanced Allen has had. I don’t really have to explain Cook’s role as it speaks for itself. 1308 yards rushing and still has 4 games to go. People really don’t appreciate how much of an advantage an elite running game is come playoff time. The Tight Ends are also an area where the Bills are near top of the league. Hawes emergence has been a pleasant surprise. He’s the type of versatile player you see on most championship teams. Kincaid’s only barrier is his health. Knox is finally the player we all knew he could be. All in all, very strong unit. They will be heavily relied upon against the Patriots. O-line is another unit which i think is at the strongest it’s been under the McDermott regime. In years prior, the Bills offense was much more finesse. Always top of the league in pass protection, but not a ton of push in the run game. In 2025, all of that has changed. Pass protection isn’t elite like years past, but I don’t mind because they are running it down the opposition’s throat.
