UFL football for those undergoing withdrawal
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to simpleman's topic in The Stadium Wall
I mean I *am* that addicted but I've been cord cutting. What has been great is that I sprung for NFL+ Premium for $100 a year. So not only did I get Red Zone and radio streams as an out of town fan I got all the replay. I think I want to rewatch the San Fran snow game, that was a fun one -
Yes, the fact that list has him as a slot is silly. He’s an outside guy.

43 year career, wonder if they will replace him or just go with the 3 remaining. https://buffalonews.com/sports/professional/nfl/bills/article_0dc8ab03-a34b-4fbd-9ca7-60e712f32eb5.html

I go a little different direction because I'm a mark. There's several good choices... some of them even made the legitimate top-40 chart.

It is my (admittedly speculative) theory that there is something about the McDermott scheme that leads to our defensive players sustaining far more than the average number of injuries. I'm not exactly sure what the cause is--perhaps its the reliance on undersized front seven (or front six) players--but it's undeniable that our defense gets ravaged with injuries every year, usually just as the playoffs are getting underway.

Who is our worst match up in the AFC as of now?
BigAl2526 replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
I went with Baltimore. Sean McDermott says he wants the Bills to play a physical game, but John Harbaugh wrote the book on physical football, particularly in the run game. I hope the Bills made strides this off season, but I need to see it on the field. -

I think we all knew Buffalo has struggled to contain KC's offense in the post season. We had to get bigger and create more pressure up front while getting DBs who can cover on the back end. I think Buffalo had one decent defensive back in the post season in 2025 (Christian Benford). The Bills may like Taylor Rapp, but he's always going to have some vulnerabilities that great safeties don't. And he is the better of the two incumbent starters. I'm hoping Bishop develops enough to win a starting job It's probably too much to hope that either Darrick Forrest or Jordan Hancock can win the other starting spot at safety. I'm counting on Hairston to nail down the #2 outside corner spot.

I think Brady is one of the most overrated coaches in Bills history...I was really hoping he'd get a head coaching gig in this cycle. -
NPR should be defunded for this alone Election interference with taxpayer funds.

Yes we have. Beane has reloaded the defense several times in McD's 10 year tenure. So maybe its not the players and McD's scheme ? When we say "Defense" we should be talking about the players and the scheme. But McD gets a free pass and everyone thinks its just the players. McD gets outcoached every year in the playoffs by Reid and I don't think getting new players will change anything this season. Thats why many of us wanted to upgrade the #1 WR. Because if we're stuck with McD, then lets see if we can outscore them at least.

I wonder if Laken Riley's parents think about the direct effect POTUS Dementia had on their lives and every single day going forward? Same for the scores of other American CITIZEN families who had loved ones injured, raped and murdered by illegal aliens. RoundyMao can fuk.c right off with whining about the orange gasbag. Grow a friggin pair. -
Can you tell us why journalism-ing about ***** animals and doctor’s concerns about the frequency of rubbing one out are a worthy use of tax dollars? To use one of your go-to’s, please be specific.

Bills Offseason moves to date & Projected Roster
MrEpsYtown replied to GASabresIUFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hancock played some safety in college, and at 6-0, 195 I think he has excellent size. And yeah it's a projection but with the way Beane spoke about him and where he was drafted, he is safe. Sure it's speculation, I am saying it's a guarantee. Hamlin and Lewis are garbage, bottom-of-the-roster players who no one else in the league would roster aside from us, and I base that on the fact that when they were UFAs there was zero traction. Additionally, we have a new special teams coordinator, so whatever goodwill those guys earned with the previous coordinator is gone. They are starting from the bottom IMO, just like Hancock, and he is younger and more athletic. All my opinions, obviously, but I want to see us get younger and more athletic in a number of spots, and those guys are very replaceable in my mind. -
Anyone with a calculator want to check these numbers, I think this is an INCREASE in the deficit

The fact that a team drafted a short armed tackle fourth overall does not negate the fact that arm length is a factor in the valuation given to prospects. Will Campbell started at left tackle starting in his freshmen year for a top notch SEC school. Lundt started for the University of Connecticutt. He ran a sub 5.0 40 (Lundt ran a 5.4). Campbell had what are considered elite numbers in his vertical and broad jumps and outweighed Lundt by 15 lbs. Lundt is 2 inches taller, but I don't know that 6'8" height is considered to be an advantage. Lundt apparently did not do a vertical or broad jump in testing. All of the above, except for the arm length are among the reasons why Campbell was drafted so high. Lundt might develop into a good offensive lineman. He apparently has pretty polished technique and good lateral movement. I just don't think he's going to jump Ryan Vandemark on the depth chart at tackle or Alex Anderson at guard/center. Buffalo also has Tylan Gable, who played pretty well, well enough to threaten Van Demark's spot as a swing tackle before he got hurt, and Travis Clayton, the Brit who has freakish athleticism.

Totally, agree this isn't copying the Eagles, its always been true, see the Giants vs the Pats, etc.

His actions have direct effect on my daily life, same with any other American. At least he could do something cool and whip his dick out like LBJ did. -

I would prefer a level of decorum. His behavior is not worthy of the office. I would never let a dufus like him rule my every waking moment the way you do. All my best to you and your type. Only a little over 3.5 years to go. -
