yes he did, but when just saying who was the more productive WR, Diggs is more productive. Sure there may be reasons for it but the stats are what they are. No slight on the 90s teams. We will look back on the Diggs era fondly in 30 years too.

And who is responsible, in part, for Allen, every bit the equal of Burrow, not having a single WR on the roster who would be considered above average in the NFL? I saw that Allen's QB rating was 151.5 (from pff) when targeting Kincaid. Yet as you note Kincaid is not on the field as much as the stats demand he should be.
