  1. Past hour
  2. The theme in the offseason will be that injuries were the excuse. The team will focus on the excitement of a new stadium, and try pumping up some mediocre free agent signings.
  3. Instead of getting a player with some talent, the Bills insist on signing a player who knows the "system". IDK how hard it would be to learn the system. D-tackles dance with the o-line at the LOS and the ends run toward the goal posts. On running plays, the tackles backpedal 5 yds and then turn around and watch the rb. The ends are still running towards the goal posts or running behind the o-line where they get sucked into the wash. Next week, a breakdown of the linebackers. 🤪
  4. I feel like he’s Peerless Price to Eric Moulds, or Alvin Harper to Michael Irvin: a good WR2 won’t transition to a good WR1. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t kick the tires as a strong roster addition, but I’m not pushing all my cards in for his services.
  5. Great…..
  6. Thank you. This exactly. 100%. The first 4-5 years here, Brandon Beane couldn't think of almost anyone to bring in that didn't play for his former team in Carolina. Now that connection has dried up, so it's just former Bills who are clearly beyond the expiration date. Shaq Lawson hasn't played this season at all, and played one game last year. We might as well give JJ Watt a call in the announcing booth. And I don't want to hear about "knowing the system" or some garbage. This team is in desperate need for young talent. You only have so many roster spots, and these should be opportunities to give new guys with upside a shot. And if the system hasn't changed in two years, that's just more proof this coaching staff is as stale as the front office. I can't emphasize how much this team needs a regime change.
  7. This move restricts access of nursing students to Federal financial aide, forcing them to go to private loans with higher interest rates. America has a critical shortage of nurses. Trump just made it more difficult for young people to achieve their goals in this field. The billionairs will benefit while the rest of us will suffer with poorer health care. https://www.nurse.com/blog/nursing-no-longer-classified-as-a-professional-degree-whats-at-stake/
  8. Wrist or no wrist, circumstances dictate that the Bills have to deviate from their original plan and overplay him during the regular season due to injuries and a general lack of any consistent pressure from anyone else on the roster. I expect him to be gassed come playoff time (or injured again)
  9. Not sure how the %(s) are calculated but the Ravens are at 47% to miss the playoffs ?
  10. Through the lock they unabashedly pour swim swarm attack Oxygen stolen by gill natives die gasp suffer wilt idly by you must sit no more Expunge the carp to the lakes greatness restore
  11. You guys need to listen to the reliable media like I do. - teef
  12. “In 2025, the NFL world was the Bills oyster …. And then the shellfish allergies reared their ugly head”
  13. Beane is just trolling us right? He is really leaning into this villain persona
  14. I don’t know how Carroll feels, but he’s a pretty vibrant 70. I think most of us would be pleased to be in Pete’s shape at that age
  15. The team has high hopes with the departure of Sean McDermott and return of Brian Daboll as head coach.
  16. Steelers is going to be a tough game Cinci will be tough Cleveland tough only because defense but Houston showed us that only having a good defense will beat the Bills. Eagles again good defense and capable offense. jets are the jets so this is the only game I see as a for sure win, but I thought that about Miami too so there's that. I'm not confident in the playoffs this year at all.
  17. “Welcome back AJ Klein!” - Chris Brown
  18. As usual, your post is on point. What I don't understand was why the Bills drafted Elam at all, let alone traded up for him. The focus should have been on providing Josh with protection and weapons, NOT a cornerback. The very next pick after Elam (#24) was Tyler Smith, an all pro guard who Dallas rewarded with a four year contract which contains 81 million dollars guaranteed. I'm sure he would have been a benefit to both the passing and running game. And this type of idiocy is not at alll new to the Bills. In 2008 we drafted Leodis McKelvin at #11 in round one. LT Ryan Clady went at #12, and Branden Albert (who was very good at both G and OT) went at #15. This, and our OL sucked at the time. If we simply had to go defense in 2022, George Karlaftis went at #30. They might have been able to trade down and take him. Wan'Dale Robinson was the 11th pick in round two. He isn't great, but is he better than anyone we have? I don't know, but he is doing rather well with a however promising rookie, and assorted stumblebums throwing to him. His production would undoubtably be better with Josh. Let me readily admit that it is easy to look back at these scenarios in retrospect. I am not saying that I would be a competent GM (although you probably would LOL) . The thing is, Beane's salary is undisclosed and McDermott is said to be making between 8 and 11 million per season, and their priorities are NOT getting protection and receivers for Josh. Nope, they want DTs and cornerbacks. This is what they are getting paid to do. Sorry to rant, but this situation is really beyond my ability to comprehand.
  19. I’m not saying it’s a good team, but he is 70. How much longer does he have to coach anyway?
  20. Teef has zero interest in change... He supports the status quo and abhors any personal involvement in the political process outside of showing up to vote... He also doesn't like people who ARE involved in the political process outside of showing up to vote... He's just a spectator with a superficial and self-righteous opinion... His future response to my post here will demonstrate even further his ignorance and apathy in support of the status quo that he values so much...
  21. Just looking at the Playoff Status website playoffstatus.com and I see the Giants are the first team to be eliminated from playoff contention. Quite a few hanging by their fingernails, but still not eliminated.
  22. Myles Garrett-who do we have to block him?
