  2. Bravo! I love you Billlll: Will you marry me?
  3. I’ve worked in the industry my whole life and can tell you with 100% certainty that you are wrong. It isn’t even uncommon for an insurance company to pay certain claims simply because its cheaper than fighting it even if the other party has a flimsy case at best.
  4. Same we're up that way pretty often but decided to take a side trip and drive by. Def much more impressive then highmark stadium is.
  5. You have to lead the kitten to the bowl of milk. You can’t just scare them off.
  6. I get hit by the income phase out too. Seems fair though. I'm good with it.
  7. I think this kid is gonna be a steal in the 3rd. He will be a stud.
  8. As a Puritan, I’m disgusted by this immorality. Buckle your boot straps and live a sin free life 😝
  9. They also concluded that Goodell coerced the owners into selling off games to streaming services, doubling the overseas games and demanding publicly funded stadiums. My god—he’s Rasputin reborn!!
  10. Surprised to not see Thurman Thomas over Strahan. Thomas won an MVP. I think he had the better career. Also, Jim Kelly should get the nod over Revis. QB is just so much more important than any other position. I'm actually fine with Peterson over Allen for now. Both won an MVP. And we know that Allen will surpass him when all is said and done. Let Peterson keep the seat warm for a bit.
  11. If this is what your “point has always been”, why didn’t you just say THAT, instead of making us run around conceptual, adult conversations and moral dilemmas? It sounds like you were just looking for a reason to say 1) I’m in Hawaii and 2) I wouldn’t accept money for non-monetary harm to me. LOL
  12. PSA for this thread: Remember to warm up and stretch before virtue signaling. Don't pull a muscle patting yourself on the back for your moral purity.

  14. Teams in Buffalo's position don't usually make HUGE on-paper upgrades in a single offseason. Without tons of salary cap space, the focus is on bargain free agents. Not bid splash signings. And draft picks in the mid/late 20's are not expected to make a tremendous immediate impact, as opposed to the Top 5-10 prospects. But teams in Buffalo's position also don't NEED to make huge upgrades. We have won our division and at least one playoff game 5 seasons in a row. A play or two different, and we could easily have appeared in 2-3 Super Bowls over the last few years. All we really need is a few tweaks in the right areas, and luck to finally bounce our way. Whether we made the right moves this offseason remains to be seen. The idea that we needed some kind of major overhaul to suddenly have a chance at the Eagles or Chiefs is pure sportsfan ego talking. Anybody with a tiny ounce of football knowledge knows the Bills are right in the same tier as them. The Bills had one of the best O-Lines in football last year, along with the hardest QB to sack in the league. The Chiefs struggled blocking, and were shuffling guys around going into the playoffs. Just because KC struggled in that game doesn't mean it would have played out the same against us.
  15. I mean, content, right? An Eagles fan, who isn’t dialed into the Bills, has thoughts about the Bills. Cool. Next.
  16. Message received from the Social Security Administration (I can elect to receive benefits starting next year) says the new BBB "delivers long-awaited tax relief to millions of older Americans. The new law includes a provision that eliminates federal income taxes on Social Security benefits for most beneficiaries, providing relief to individuals and couples. Additionally, it provides an enhanced deduction for taxpayers aged 65 and older, ensuring that retirees can keep more of what they have earned.” And guess what my wife I will save in taxes thanks to "no tax on social security?" You got it: Nothing. Zero. The increased deduction wouldn't apply till I'm 65, and that's a ways off. And even if I wait to get benefits, it won't apply because (1) it phases out, conveniently, in 2028 after Trump is gone; (2) there's an income phase-out that we'll exceed. So ... nothing. Zero. "Promises kept" indeed.
  17. LOL. I fancy myself a defense lawyer. Empathy is job #1. 😝
  18. The Bills are exactly where they have been, and that is one of the best teams in the NFL. A team just one or two plays away from the superbowl. If some random Eagles supporters don't think the Bills have changed much, whatever. The Bills are still an extremely tough team to beat, just like they have been the last few years. The Bills had a much better offensive line and run game than the Chiefs last year. It would not have been the same game if it was the Bills in the Superbowl. Not saying the Bills would have won, but the offensive line would not have been ragdolled and Josh Allen would have made some plays. It would have been a long day trying to stop Barkley, though.
  19. You have to be in it to win it... But the Eagles would have abused the Bills if they made the SB last year. The Eagles front 4 was brutal, the Bills drafted to address this for sure. Hopefully they hit sooner than later. Not fair to put this pressure on a rookie draft, it's a start 🤞
  20. Your empathy for perps is exemplary just telling like it is. That’s not for everyone…
  21. I get your point brother, and realize you said "conversation". But, I don't know man... have you ever done a no-sh*t interrogation, esp of someone (non-English speaking), when you know he and his group are trying to kill you and your colleagues? Try playing dumb, at least for a strategic moment or two. Results can be...plentiful.
  22. I literally *****king disclaimed this in the first ***** paragraph
  23. Your lack of empathy and social awareness is lawyeresque, I’ll give that to ya.
  24. I could make the argument that he is right, and it would be easy to make and shored up by the fact that it was a coin flip that determined 1 Chiefs win, poor calls on another, and a missed FG for another. The Bills are on the cusp of beating the Chiefs with exactly what they've had and done the last 4-5 years. So, his point doesn't really strike home like he would like when you look at the reality of those outcomes
