Parsons traded to Green Bay, given $188 million contract
Virgil replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
In another reality, I'm curious how the Cowboys would have reacted to a trade package involving Kincaid, Cook, and one of our defensive lineman. -
This is the AFC dark ages. The Broncos got walloped by the NFC every time. The 1990 Bills were supposed to set the record straight. Run the ball, Jim!! Jesus, go to YouTube and watch how many 3&1 plays Jimbo decided to chuck INTs into triple coverage 40 yards down field. đ«šđ« Ironically, it was the Broncos who got it done in the âThis Oneâs For Johnâ late 90s. That team was so juiced.. convinced of it.

CAN WE GET THIS BAD BOY ROLLIN' AGAIN THIS YEAR PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE????? Tonight I like Georgia Tech @ Colorado 8pm (ET) : 1. GTech ML --I think -3.5 feels like a trap in hostile environment, and early season offenses sputtering a bit 2. Haynes King over 44 yards -- really like this. Kid is all guts, its going to be loud, and when communication breaks down he'll take off. Plenty of designed runs 3. Parlay - Sprinkled GT ML & King Rushing for 2 TD's (.2 units, other two got 1u)

Game (two week) thread - Ravens at Bills SNF

Maybe you're right. I was assuming that he wasn't ready, but I suppose he could learn on the job. Ok, I feel a bit better. You've changed the image of my head from a truck heading toward a brick wall to a plane taking off with the mechanics running after it making last-minute repairs to one of the wings. -

The fact that he left practice, didn't make the trip to Tampa, and then didn't practice is a huge concern imo. Dane Jackson and Jamarcus Ingram as our two starting corners is not ideal. -
At some point you must wonder if there is anything wrong with you. There is nothing in the Deere report, which companies don't simply make stuff up about, that has anything to do with Trump. This is an obsession of about four people here. It is simply impossible to converse on anything without some Trump or Maga accusation. Unceasing. It's ridiculous and pitiful, as well as asserting a lie, over and over. Deere wants to spend 20b on US manufacturing. Great. That's my point, and it has nothing to do with any contrived accusation of supporting anyone. That's not what I do.

He may or may not come out, my premise was based upon him doing so, if he does then the Cowboys are in great shape to land him if the Titans have the 1st pick. You donât believe heâll come out, thatâs fine and you may be correct. lol thatâs a strong possibility -

This feels like last year when the Yankees decided to pass on adding a lefty arm to reinforce the bullpen at the trade deadline. Then they needed to get out Ohtani and Freeman in game 1 of the World Series. Their only options being Tim Hill and Nestor Cortes who hadn't pitched in over a month. They go with Cortes because they liked him more against Ohtani. Freeman walks it off with a grand slam, the Yankees aren't close the rest of the series. At some point you have to go for the jugular. -

2023 - Cowboys had the NFL leading passer, the #1 offense in the NFL, the #5 Defense in the NFL, Micah Parsons (on his rookie deal), and the NFL league leader in Interceptions. BUT - As soon as teams got ahead, they beat Dallas in embarrassing fashion and just neutralized the defense and Micah by running right at him (including the Bills). Micah is not worth $47M a season - he is an elite pass rusher, probably best pure rusher in the NFL. But he is a liability the other half of the downs. He got $7M more than Myles Garrett a few months after Myles got his record deal. Thats is an insane jump for a guy who is without question not as good as Myles. Now imagine if Micah was making $47M in 2023 - what players would they have not been able to afford if he was making that in 2023? In other words, that contract would have made that team worse that was already not good enough and exploitable on defense. GB was able to make their cap work this year and only lost 1 player, although it was a 3x pro bowl DT. I would say its a net gain though for GB this season, but that defense wasn't a "Micah" away from being elite either, especially when you factor in the loss of on the inside. But, IMHO, this puts GB in a win it all now position, because if GB doesn't prove to be good enough this season, they are now in a severely different cap situation moving forward and now have a hole at DT to fill and also lack 2 first round picks for inexpensive opportunities to add more talent to a tight cap. If this roster can't get it done, improving it to get over humps gets harder now moving forward. This feels like a boom or bust year for GB IMHO - if it works, 100% worth it no matter what happens in the years after. If it doesn't, it very well could be an anchor to their future. It will be interesting to watch -

Cowboys won this trade. Parsons is great, no doubt, but this trade and contract are too much investment for a DE. Plus, the Packers waste talent and have an overrated coach. Sorry, but Lafleur's teams feast on the cupcake conference that is the NFC then get exposed by one of the 2-3 good teams in the conference once the playoffs arrive. Same story every single year. The Packers had 2 long HOF QB careers and have 3 SB appearances and 2 titles to show for it. That's Big Ben's career in Pittsburgh. And that was having to get by prime Manning, prime Brady and the Pats* dynasty, and the Ravens teams with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. And the Steelers got there 3 times running that gauntlet. And we're told that coach (who was the HC for 2 of those 3 SBs) is overrated. Then what the heck is LaFleur? LaFleur had Rodgers for many of the best years of Aaron's career. Zero titles. Zero SB appearances. Nothing. Now Jordan Love is an all-time great QB according to Packers fans. Enjoy the show! I for one cannot stand the Packers and look forward to the meltdown that will happen when (not if) they fail to reach expectations like always. -
I just got the test. I am getting the bifocal lenses replaced with ones for near vision. My one eye was worse than the other. Don't want to mess up the other further in the future, After my kidney transplant, I don't cut corners with anything to do with health.Make all my appointments and follow their instructions to the letter. I am retired and will only use the glasses indoors. My brother works outside and is always losing or breaking his readers he buys at the drugstore.

Bills Working Out Kickers - Bass Not Healthy?

But here we are. TBD.. as always. This convo is bumming me out a touch, so letâs hope we see the improvements during the regular season. I know the defensive stats show this team can be in the better half of the league. But I havenât felt theyâve had THAT defense since Swartz, and I donât know where to hang my hat since Poyer/Hyde broke up. The regular season is a different animal than the playoffs, where every team is hitting on all cylinders⊠but weâll know. We will definitely know how gangster our defense is by week 10.
