  1. Past hour
  2. Greg Olsen said over and over against Carolina that Brady is running exactly what McDermott wants. So why would he fire the OC?
  3. Who and where are you hearing this from?
  4. He holds the ball too long, cant .ake good and quick decisions. And yes I dont like the OC we brought in. This is the SEC, that crap he ran out west isnt going to cut it
  5. For reference, McDermott spent weeks saying the exact same things about Dorsey for a month before he finally canned him. The wording was almost verbatim. Don't take it at face value. You can like it or not like it, but one thing McDermott will always do is give his coordinator a chance to figure things out. As fans, no we won't like it. But as a potential next coordinator will see, they will be given the chance to correct things and not be fired on a whim. That makes for attracting better coaches possible. They are bringing in new WRs tomorrow and shaking it up to see if that helps. This is just as much an evaluation of what Dorsey does with different players as it is on the players themselves. If the Bills lay an egg on offense tomorrow and Thursday, I would lay good money down Brady is gone by Friday morning.
  6. Also he is an effort player. At this point, that alone is an improvement over Coleman. FYI, and this should come as no surprise, I heard earlier this week that they’re done with Coleman.
  7. For what it’s worth, and admittedly that’s probably not much, I think the Bills are going to rock the Bucs tomorrow. They are a far better team than the negative Nancy’s around here are giving them credit for. Baker Mayfield is not half the QB that Josh Allen is, and McDermott can coach circles around that retread in Tampa. They get it straight right here.
  8. I'm not a past draft expert off the top of my head, but Boogie is another one that comes to mind, amongst others.
  9. Is the play calling helping him out at all Where is his running game? This is coming down to the wire but if you said you had Alabama to 21 at their home stadium with under 7 minutes someone needs to make a play
  10. Told you. Davis plays the same role just he actually gets separation and can get deep.
  11. You would think the only person who needs to ask this question would have asked it by now, but all he says is Brady is a good coordinator, and he is not planning on making any changes. I'm surprised people here still disagree about where the ultimate problem lies.
  12. Maybe Hollins thought the Pats were on a different trajectory than the Bills.
  13. Keon either takes this as a message and get his ass in gear, or he is traded for peanuts in March. My bet is on the peanuts
  14. As in your earlier posts about Joe Brady, you have a tendency to use vague language and then change the meaning to suit the moment. As in your earlier posts about Joe Brady, you have a tendency to use vague language and then change the meaning to suit the moment. It takes the form of "that's not what I meant."
  15. Okay, he stinks, but that has to be an indictment on management. Either they completely whiffed on drafting or the staff is incapable of managing him properly. One would think a benefit of the process would be ability to handle these things at a player level.
  16. “Say
don’t I pay your salary?” They like that when you’re interested in the state budget. “You’re a public servant! Get me a glass of water!” Tell him it’s your car and you’ll do what you want with it. “I own this car, I’ll do as I please. I also own the highway; my taxes paid for that. I own the car, I own the road. I OWN EVERYTHING, GODDAMMIT!” He’ll be glad to hear that *****. That’s what they like: people who know their rights. That way they don’t have to read ‘em to you on your way downtown to the maximum security penitentiary
where you’ll spend the rest of your life with no conjugal visits. Except from some big guy you don’t want one from! — George Carlin, 1987
  17. Sitting Coleman is certainly shaking things up. Wonder what else is in store. I have always felt that Josh is often slow getting started in the passing game. He struggles often at the beginning of a game and then all of a sudden, he's locked in. Almost like he just needs to warm up. With the run game clicking the way it has, maybe it's just difficult to get locked in, not passing enough to get there. I think, putting 4 WRs on the field and letting Josh pick his poison early is a good way to get Josh going. Maybe we do see some of that.
  18. Ok....looks like I was mostly right about the call ups/activations. Happened slightly different that I thought with Hardman getting signed instead of Gabe, but with the release of Codrington, it makes sense that Hardman is basically signed as a returner to take his place. Wouldn't be surprised to see him running a couple posts/flys/deep overs/end arounds (ducks....) tomorrow either. Hopefully he can give our special teams a boost too. As for Davis, it's hard for me, and a lot of us I think, to get too excited. He wasn't the greatest thing when he was here and now he's coming off an injury that has kept him off the football field for a year. I will say this about Davis....he's an extremely hard worker and if he doesn't produce tomorrow, it won't be because of lack of effort. It's funny, when Coleman was drafted, as you all know, I blasted the pick. Just not a fan. I said if he becomes a slightly better version of Gabe Davis I would be stunned. But the fact is, Davis has shown way more consistency and work ethic that Keon has in his 2 seasons here and now we sit here hoping that Davis can just be an upgrade to what Coleman has been on the field this season. Guess we'll see what happens, but Coleman has set the bar extremely low, so hopefully Davis can clear it by a decent margin! Getting Palmer back I think can make a difference. While him and Allen haven't done much together this season, they were starting to hit in that Falcons game before he went down. Maybe they were starting to figure things out? And of course getting Sanders back is nice for the D-Line. He wasn't setting the world on fire by any means before he went down, but there were flashes. Hopefully, he has a better grasp on the playbook even though he was out and can come in and give us some much needed quality snaps on the line. One thing's for sure.....the team is going to look a little different tomorrow. Whether it's enough to help us get out of this funk we're in, that remains to be seen. But, hopefully, if the rumors of Coleman actually getting scratched are true, I'm guessing you won't see anyone dogging it out there. The effort should be high and hopefully the spirit of the team is up with the new blood being injected into the team. Them not calling up a CB is a great sign that Benford and at least one of TJ and Cam Lewis will be up as well. Very cautiously optimistic, but they have t go out and show that they can do it. Team has a long ways to go, even if we win tomorrow, to prove we're back in the mix.
  19. Imo he's still playing well. He's just not playing at an mvp level as we were spoiled watching him last year. Does he miss plays? For sure like any QB. But I would guarantee if we watched the All 22 of all QBs, we can point to at least 3-5 plays a game where they missed the read /open reciever
  20. Coleman is so slow, it took him half a season to make it to the bench. Sounds like exactly what this passing offense needed. 😝
  21. Won’t matter that much, looking at the weather report I expect us to be running it most of the time anyway
