30.8 Million watched the Bills Chief's game
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
The ravens are a lucky CEH fumble when the chiefs were running out the game away from being 0-7 against them. It’s pretty wild. 1-6 still seems very statistically significant 😂 but for some reason you don’t hear about that stat much -
The reasons are self-inflicted though. We've got a good bit of $ tied up in players who contracts don't equal their performance IMO. Knox and Bernard just to name a couple home growns. Then add in bad signings like Samuel, and you're handcuffing yourself.

I agree on the swap. I just don’t want their crap currency, and the exchange accomplishes nothing for everyday Americans. I wasn’t aware of the mineral issue. That makes a little bit of sense if there’s value in those resources and if the swap secures those resources at fair value. The other piece looks a lot like an effort to influence the election. Trump is hardly alone in the annals of American history in that respect. This is just sort of a … much more brazen way of doing it.

Perspective Matters: The Offense Is Producing
JerseyBills replied to Magox's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'll take what should've been 30+ points and 400+ yards all day , idc how it happens personally, if it's 10 players touching it or 2 players , plus Palmer will be back soon , this fan base is tripping on Beane -
Good Lord!!! What an ignorant comment. The dems have plenty of billionaires and millionaires who support them. Are you worried about them as well? Or look the other way because they’re on your “team”?

wait what? Did I miss something in the last few hours? EDITED TO ADD: read through the last page; I see this is discussing a hypothetical

Game week thread - Bills at Dolphins
ColoradoBills replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Come on guy. This is the MIAMI week thread. There are plenty of "McDermott sucks" thread you can take this talk to. LOL I just posted for them to take this stuff to another thread. Thanks for bringing that up too. -
Charles Romes started following I am excited about the potential upside of DT Phidarian Mathis

Can all y’all give it a rest!? How about we start a thread and just call it the “piss and moan life sucks” thread. We play the Dolphins this week… and I was hoping to read about this week’s game here. Not hypothetical matchups in 2 or 3 months. And non stopping whining about how horrible our team and the FO is. Just go to Chiefs planet or Bengals Board of awesomeness and profess your love of their receivers there. Please. Just go.

Perspective Matters: The Offense Is Producing
Kirby Jackson replied to Magox's topic in The Stadium Wall
Good question. Um, he’s the best of the bunch. He absolutely makes them better than they are today. I’d also probably try giving Moore more routes (no pun intended). Maybe you can cobble together just enough to keep defenses honest. That way you can still run the ball and work the underneath stuff. -

That is a good analogy. NYC is it's own odd crucible. -
Hot Take: “Old Joe” Flacco exposing what some (including me) suspected…

Well, this is why it's called a "hot take" -- some good discussion in here. -

You are delusional. Trump doesn't hide his love and favouritism of the corrupt wealthy and wealthy in general. Pardons a billioniar he doesn't even know, takes care of sex offender Maxwell, covers everything in gold. You are a spinner -
bingo. If we are even/behind to a two dimensional offense it’ll be hard to slow the steam roll effect Then on the other side they can clog the middle of the field and keep us in front of them, key off on a pass rush and we are stuck hoping that somebody can wiggle through with yac which has been hard to rely on consistently drive in and drive out when they have those extra defenders waiting it’s the same thing we’ve seen from the rams, Texans, at times ravens, Atlanta, sometimes the jets. We go from a powerhouse to a coin flip quickly and needing 3-4 coin flips in a row is tough.

And the Bengals have turned back into the Bungles. Watch they go and lose that game but beat Philly.

Whatever happened to getting off our butts and working out? Go for a walk, talk some aerobics classes. Do something. Taking a pill to lose weight is a lazy persons idea. I'm not saying it doesn’t have its place, but to just hand it out like candy is crazy. -
Game week thread - Bills at Dolphins

What's McDermott's record against Reid in the playoffs again? When the games really matter, has McDermott beaten the Chiefs once or twice in the playoffs? Yeah, that's my definition of taking someone to school. Reid is UNDEFEDATED coaching against McDermott in the playoffs. If point margin is what matters to you though, yeah, you must love watching our head coach clapping on the sidelines as the final seconds close out another devastating playoff loss! No kidding. It's what Reid does to McDermott every single time they meet in the playoffs. He outcoaches Shawn. Period. People who want to cry about injuries or bad calls will continue with that sob story until the end of time. McDermott shrinks in the biggest of moments. That's a fact. -
I agree. And I understand the argument. I understand it because it is a typical arrangement the United States, the IMF, the World Bank, other countries make to help a damaged economy on the road to recovery. Very old-fashioned. But while I can admit that, the MAGA types here have to admit that Trump doing old fashioned IMF/World Bank/Davos type things is kind of off brand, right?

I know he is the owner and can do whatever he wants but Jerry needs to step down as GM for the good of his team. He doesn't sign Parsons who is an elite level talent. The he trades a lot of the capital he got from the Parsons trade to sign an older and not quite as good of a player in Williams. Williams is a good player but not on Parson's level. All of this for a Cowboys team that is most likely not making the playoffs.
