  1. Past hour
  2. I love Greg Olsen as an announcer.
  3. I agree to an extent but to frame it as "oh so you're happy that we wrecked a generational talent" is pretty reductive
  4. I rip on Keon as much as anyone, but it's interesting to look at the list of TD receptions this season. Keon has 4 TD's, tied with Puka Nacua, Keenan Allen, Nico Collins, Marvin Harrison Jr,... to name a few. Some others with 3 TD's, Diggs, CeeDee Lamb, DeVonta Smith, Shakir, Jordan Addison, LaPorta, etc..
  5. Perhaps you are right. But this is the play when all of the raucous started. Weird, because Heyward wasn’t acting out before this play.
  6. The Jags might be the most complete team for the playoffs this year. I wouldn’t sleep on them. I think they can handle Houston.
  7. Yeah that’s it. We’ll see on Sunday how good they are. Passing game is good when teams are focused on running, it’s bad when we need it. Last minute before half is a crucial drive and if this Passing D was better it wouldn’t of looked like a cake walk
  8. One week at a time please
  9. Of course it's not at the Texas or Georgia level But I wouldn't say it's bad football... The problem is all these major high School football states have super schools 5A 6A that just breeds a higher level competition.. Having more schools, smaller divisions does water down the competition a bit... In Texas, Iona prep and Monsignor farrell could be 1 team playing 6A ball...like Parish Episcopal.. That's going to put more talent on the field.. It obviously still wouldn't be Texas talent but that would create a New York super team Monsignor Farrell was considered the number two team in New York state and St Francis did put up a better fight than they did against Iona prep throwing for over 260 yards
  10. he bit HARD on the playaction there think Bosa probably saved him tbh
  11. No, we act civilized and follow international laws. That is what sets us apart from said dealers.
  12. It isn't "blowing up boats." It is sending a message that if you engage in this murderous activity, you might end your life. Your call, and removes the claim that such people are "helpless." Free will. Clear consequences.
  13. Ahh we'll call it 4.5 yards from the LoS 🤏
  14. It was supposed to be a wide-receiver screen for no gain. Someone screwed up. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. Brady is that clock, and one of his two moments has come and gone.
  15. They tend to get the ball out so fast that our pass rush might end up being irrelevant.
  16. All true but I think most can see Brady has to go. He just doesn't know how to call or scheme a diversified game plan. He's really running a very predictable offense. The passing game is very problematic and he seems incapable of scheming players open. The Bills offense is too reliant on the run game. Sure it's vital to have a functional running game. Being one dimensional on either side of the ball usually doesn't grasp a Lombardi trophy. I'd say the exception might be a dominant defense which the Bills obviously don't have. I have a hard time understanding the Bills offensive philosophy. Clearly, Brady and others gravitated to a dominant running game at the expense of the passing game. Perhaps, that's an overstatement. The misses on Coleman, WR acquisitions, BEANE, BRADY, and injuries have contributed to the lack of success and consistency. I ask myself often why not go get Allen top notch WRs with speed and and down field threatening WRs? You arguably have the best QB on the planet and you overly emphasize the running game. I don't get the philosophy at all. Maybe I'm off the mark here. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks it's great to be back.
  17. Buffalo area is getting Broncos/Raiders late instead of a 1:00 PM game on CBS due to Bills being on Fox at 1:00
  18. Prater is making 89.5 percent of his FG attempts this year, which is better than any season of Bass's: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BassTy00.htm. As for XPs, Prater is at 91.9 percent this year (low for him, but a couple of doinked uprights), while Bass was at 92.2 percent last year. Indistinguishable on that front, really, and if Prater makes his next two XPs, he'll be better than Bass was last year.
  19. I mean, the guy is a clinician first, I wouldn't really call him someone who writes for a living. Unless I'm mistaken and he's no longer a clinician? I also thought Bass had osteitis pubis. Nasty thing to have, but surgery is pretty unusual unless it's a really bad case.
  20. 😂😂that could sooo easily be called illegal contact
  21. Kind of a pet peeve, but it's pretty embarrassing that someone who writes for a living wrote that a player "got" surgery. You have surgery.
  22. Bishop's out of nowhere improvement is the storyline of the season for me. It's not like he went from below average to functional, he skyrocketed into one of the best young safeties in the entire league starting the week of the KC game and hasn't looked back. The Bosa strip sack happened in part because Bishop took the air out of Metcalf's route and covered him up long enough for Bosa to get home. Bishop was hung out to dry with Benford on a CB blitz and answered the bell. Not the best angle but you can kind of see it on the broadcast footage:
  23. The 9-8 teams usually slip through as division winners. KC def is not winning the division.
  24. Fair enough except I don't believe blowing up boats is going to work. As long as demand and price are high, the cartels will find a way. Emphasis should be on decreasing demand. The targets are relatively easy to identify. OD deaths are concentrated in impoverished areas with few decent jobs.
