For me, I only make the move if someone great is available. I'm sure some would roast this but 2 I would have likely made change for are Belichik and Ben Johnson. I think Josh is the best NFL qb. Yeah this sums up my greatest fear with this team. I just don't think he's creative enough. I know on TV he'll get his balls washed by announcers about being a defensive genius but push comes to shove the great offensive minds in the playoffs toy with him. It's a lot for Josh to overcome.
