  1. Past hour
  2. Jotdan Phillips time in the NFL is all but over.
  3. Palmer was one of the 5 best WRs in the off-season. I'm sick of people commenting on McConkey because he doesn't give us the outside WR we lack. 60% of his snaps are in the slot in LA. What WR got moved at the trade deadline. Jakobi Meyers wooo another slot WR.
  4. A classic Beane move: find your answer to the receiver problem in the scrap heap of discarded players no other teams want! Beane "The Dumpster Diver" This guy is an embarrassment.
  5. I've done this in a Primo, which is the same as a big green egg, except made in the US. Two things I would disagree with: In the link, he recommends basting it every half hour. In a ceramic, like the green egg, the benefit is keeping the moisture in. If you're basting, your losing all that moisture and dramatically changing the cooking temp. In my mind, a very bad idea. Basting is putting liquid over skin, which works for about 10 minutes, then rolls off or is gone. I think dry brining for 48 hours is a much better idea, and if you soak cheese cloth in a warm butter/herb mixture, then wrap the turkey, you don't need to baste at all. Just remove the cheese cloth the last 45 mins or so to crisp the skin. If I'm going to use a ceramic, I'd do it low and slow, 225-250. The problem with that is that it is quite difficult to predict the cook time to get the turkey up to temp.
  6. It’s a little funny coming from reporters of a team that’s a home underdog to a trash roster haha although I get the point obviously
  7. Our 4 losses were basically like getting a good ole skull f$&k’n and theres more to come. Do I wish this? Heck no, But I know what I see. This team will be lucky to beat Pittsburgh. If I am wrong, coming back and eating crow is fine by me cuz we won but I do not see it.
  8. Alice Pegula needs to take charge
  9. Cause it is dumb. The guy hasn't hit 1000 yards since 2021. He's not going to make them any better. This regime refuses to target actual elite talent.
  10. I'm sure that none were in apartments...otherwise the national guard would be there. - roundy
  11. Yeah damn Beane for drafting Kincaid in 2023 when could gotten that great Chiefs DE Felix Anudike-Uzomah.
  12. No he put us in this position because of his inability to evaluate WR's AND his damn ego. We shouldnt' even be here. Coleman should be McConkey at the minimum and even with out that, he should have addressed WR in the offseason or at the trade deadline.
  13. woe to we Bills fans. No hope of an improvement in our woefully short quality Healthy WR options. seriously though he hasn't even played a down of football for us. Im Hopeful he is at Minimum an improvement . a positive contributor on offense. We have no choice but to watch and wait to see how he does. Hope springs eternal
  14. It’s a good move at this point…people are understandably mad about the past though lol I honestly might’ve tried to block it if I was the pats who could’ve used a wr also…idk if he’ll amount to anything but it’s all upside for pretty much 0 investment cooks likely wanted the bills by name cuz he wants to get his career back on track to the point where the saints were trying to game the system to make sure he got there so the motivation is there. Guys just collecting a paycheck waiting to retire don’t typically agree to pay cuts to leave their team
  15. And it's been reported he tried to get Waddle and who knows what happened without being reported.
  16. "THE COOKS...BE IN...THE KITCHEN!!!"
  17. Just curious why it’s interesting…It’s just the same thing most Bills fans, and commentators have been saying all year…
  18. No cuz it's easier to call the move dumb before he plays a down kinda like we dumb moves to trade for that bust of DE named Hughes a few years back or signed that guy named Lorax who did nothing before arriving here or signed that 33 year old WR gave us a horrible 166 yards for us in 1989 but for some reason kept him around after. His name was James Lofton.
  19. Like the discussion. Two thoughts: First, I think Allen has such big performances that his average/slighly below average looks even worse than it is. And, he has had a few more lesser game in the past 5 weeks, so recency bias probably comes into play. Second, even though Allen is still a top 10 player in the league this year, his performance is somewhat expected. A player (no matter how great) is going to have stretches where it is weeks or a season when they still are great but not overwhelming greater than other top-tier athletes. Regression to the mean.
  20. I always thought his issues were because Alice didn't lay down the law a bit better.
  21. I would still like to try and trade for Waddle in the offseason…God knows Beane’s 1st round pick won’t be worth crap…
  22. A couple of things are true here: it's worth a swing, and we deserve to be clowned for it.
  23. It's kind of hard to look worse IMO.
