  1. Past hour
  2. No separation from WRs and the OL not being as good at pass blocking as they get credit for. Results in quick pressure, nobody open to throw to and as the game goes on Josh gets happy feet because he's not trusting the protection.
  3. I bet at some point Belford and tre and max were playing together
  4. Spencer Rattler adding to his awesome winning percentage.
  5. This doesnt explain him missing throws. He hasnt been good for a month now, and that isnt a result of being a game manager.
  6. Back in the early '90's, Bills players would be stretching on the field, before a game. A LOT of stretching, at that! Injuries are (of course) a part of the game. That being said, I've been very critical of the strength & conditioning staff, because I don't think that they do enough to minimize player injuries before they can happen.
  7. Without the all-22 and a full clip, if my memory serves me correctly, this was the 3rd and 6 that had Curtis Samuel run a 4 yard whip route. Cool. I think Shakir ended up almost making a toe tip catch on the scramble by Allen but was OOB. There is no threat down the field and those deep players are just camping right at the line to gain. It is the perfect storm of inability to scheme guys open and the lack of talent to have a guy win 1v1 on the boundary. If this was a snap shot from 2022, Allen is 100% going to the bottom of the screen vs this look taking the match up. We saw it a million times with Diggs. He never looks that way and just plays the concept up top which seems outmatched from the snap.
  8. I think the coaches have been modeling him into a game manager for a few years now, and this is what they want.
  9. TBF, it's not just TJ either. Even Benford, who we just paid, hasn't looked good. In man coverage, they're all a couple steps behind and can't close on the ball. Our entire secondary just looks slow. That's what Max brings to the group that's lacking...closing speed. You don't see a lot of PDs from our secondary for a reason.
  10. He missed a couple wide open receivers today. Maybe playing with that wedding band is affecting his throwing motion
  11. Yesterday
  12. I know the Bills won big today, but it wouldn't be TBD without the usual whiners like me to come by and complain. I'm a bit concerned with Allen's game right now. He hasn't looked like his usual self for the majority of the season. Missing open receivers, not being able to escape rushers, and just looking kinda flat out there emotionally compared to what were accustomed to. I know the receivers don't create much separation, but it's not like they revamped the room this year. It's mostly the same guys he had last year and although he wasn't lighting it up in 2024, he was still fitting the ball into really tight windows. There isn't a lot of that this year. I know it's not popular to criticise him here, so for the record, I'm one of his biggest fans. But out of all of the problems this team has, Josh Allen's play is the most concerning for me. Not that he's been horrible, but this team has no chance if he's not far and away the best qb in the league.
  13. Does he play Defensive Tackle?
  14. Regarding your point about Hoecht, as Simon and others have pointed out, he also was taking snaps at DT so PFF didn't separate those snaps. Regarding Coleman, whether people care or not, one of the reasons he gets high snap counts is because of his run blocking.
  15. I could not understand all the "I wish Bryce Young was playing" stuff earlier in the week. Anyone who watched Dalton when he played some games last year knew he is absolutely washed. Done. Toasted. He wouldn't pose a threat to a mid-ranking college programme. His pocket presence is pathetic.
  16. I think Hoecht kept playing to get reps after Bosa and Groot hit the bench in the 4th.
  17. I believe it was banned for smelling salts to be issued by the team If a player brings their own supply it's legal
  18. He threw something but definitely not his helmet. Pad perhaps?
  19. This is a really good question. I don't have access to the All 22 so I really can't say. I'm often complaining during the games that the directors are way too interested in closeup shots and not interested enough with wide shots which often times convey more information. Answers to your question are exactly the type of insights I wish we received from the Bills beat reporters.
  20. If we're going to run McDermotts defense he should call it They seem to perform better and it's not unheard of for a HC to call plays
  21. oh it was, apparently mistakenly, reported they were fully banned. I’ve seen plenty of social posts about suspending cook etc…. Because announcers and writers did not well clarify the change in rule. I would bet many if not most here think it’s a full ban
