Pancho Billa cameo. Amazing.

beane gets fired and you are the new gm

First thing I’d do is clean house based on a compilation of films on players. I’ll be looking for players with a high motor and not giving up on plays, durability, tackling, and a good locker room presence. I’d insert into their contracts that we as an organization have a right to waive you if you’re not playing up to expectations and we will have no duty to honor the contract at the time you are waived. I am tired of players getting the pay day and then not playing up to expectations. -
I'm really starting to love this WR room. We quietly got better

Everyone who knows football knows that quietly making the WR room better, is the first step in secretly building an elite offense. People are going to be stunned when the secret is finally revealed. -
Brandin Cooks' contract manouvers point to tampering

Whew, good thing the Bills management determined we didn't need one. -
It really is.

I was at the game and let me tell you what was happening downfield

They never do that play to Coleman. -
This is great and terrible at the same time. If Hammer makes a cameo I’m throwing my shoe at the tv.

He told him to wait 13 seconds. If it doesn't work out with her, don't take any blame.

McDermott and a first for McVay works for me.

Whether or not QB's calling plays is the optimal strategy is not really what the OP put forward as a the question. The actual question is would Allen call a better game than Brady. Since the Brady bar is so low, it is quite possible Allen would call a better game. But he would still be saddled with Brady's below average play design capabilities.

What's the story with Tylan Grable? Bills were high on him, but he went into concussion protocol during preseason, then to IR where he remains. Are Bills just stashing him there so they can keep Lundt on active roster? Can Grable replace Dawkins next year?

He a natural. Maybe it's him and not Josh that will demand a trade to the Rams for more movie roles

Greg Rousseau has turned out to be a complete slug.

A team that averaged 22 points per game had 20 at half with their back up QB. -

Nah, I think he is good. However, he may not be the right player for this scheme. He should have some value in the trade market. I’m pretty sure we will have to eat some of his salary though. -
Sure near the end of the episode he’ll be wide right on your screen!

I know a couple extras in the movie who made the final cut

He was clapping

He called a time out, didn't he?

The Male lead his no b***s. Just ask her outright you coward.

It was a "mostly peaceful" tree-lighting ceremony.

I appreciate you looking at someone else to deflect from the topic at hand. You couldn't have given a better example of what you're complaining about. COVID is simply an example of how you'll march unwittingly into whatever narrative the "trusted" Mainstream Media offers you. That's how you "know" so much about Trump while having no clue as to what his real agenda is. But that's fine, it's irritating for you and entertaining for me.

BADOLBILZ replied to Walking Tall's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah what set the Bills roster back was not being able to make it work with their own early 1st and 2nd round picks in Gilmore, Woods, Watkins, Dareus and Darby. In bringing in a nobody head coach and GM combo they felt compelled to relieve themselves of prime aged players who had enough contract leverage to question McDermott's tactics. Trying to find that many athletes like those while drafting in the late 20's of each round isn't really do-able on that scale. It's cost Beane hundreds of millions in bad free agent contracts over the years trying to do so. -

It wasn't quite a carry job, but it was close. Mills was 16/30 for 153 yards. That's not a very good day and well below his previous two performances. -
Brandin Cooks' contract manouvers point to tampering
Psautcsk replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall
Simply put, the contract move would be made with the intent of creating a deterrent for a team to claim Cooks. The move is not-so-affectionately referred to as a “poison pill” clause. Further insinuations include the indication that the Saints, Cooks and the team of Cooks’ choosing may have colluded throughout this process. Sounds like there was a team that really wanted a wide receiver. Just speculation on my part.
