At the risk of being pedantic. I think it was more that the Bills were upside down on Tre's contract v production due to injury. I think they would have stood with Tre on another year of rehab at a much lower cost. We're basically seeing them do that right now.

You can buy PSLs and seasons out-of-state now. But I’m assuming you have to be on the waiting list at this point.

I’d really have to look again. When they first announced PSLs, I went to a site that gave links to every stadium with PSLs. Some might be older than 10 years by now. But I want to say Minnesota, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and someone else too.

They played in Detroit a day or two later. They could have stayed in Buffalo if the field wasn't buried.
