  1. Past hour
  2. The Jets had one good year and won the Super Bowl riding the charisma of Namath. It happened in the early days of the modern NFL and legitimized the AFL so it’s a big deal. Other than that, they’ve been a mediocre disappointment for their fans. The Bills have had some great years but have also been mostly mediocre. Rarely outright terrible. So, for most of the history with the Jets it has been a clash of unremarkable and mediocre teams. Forgettable games for the most part. Only the bettors cared. The early 80’s had some good games when we had Knox annd Fergie and we arrived as a force when we beat them to go to the playoffs in the late 80’s. They had a few good teams in the late 90s and beat us in some big games when Flutie was QB. I think they even went to the AFC Championship against Denver. But, the rivalry with the Pats and Dolphins seems much bigger because they’ve been very successful at times so we thought it was a huge deal when we played them. For 17 years we’d get super excited for the Pats games and the Pats thought we were as scary as navel lint. Now the worm has turned. Funny thing is, the Jets might now be decent and the only team that’ll give us some trouble this year. They’ve always gotten good players and put together good rosters and had hired good coaches but it never works. They’ve never built a sustainable winning culture like the Steelers, Niners, Pats and now us. Having lived through the 70s I’ll always think of Miami as the main rival. I’m still wired to hate them. These are great times and enjoy it because I think we’ll continue to pound them and the others to dust for many years to come.
  3. Obvious newbie. Trying to include facts in an internet dicussions instead of just emotions and opinions. You'll never win an argument that way!
  4. Before sh*tting all over yourself as is your habit, at least pretend you are paying attention. There are a handful of people here and many across the country celebrating it. 100% of those people are on the same political side as you. Put down the sauce.
  5. Appreciate this Jay. It doesn’t come up on my feed. Thanks!
  6. Or just snippets of them so that we can work up some rage. You start plenty of asinine threads. What’s with “we should”? Get cracking.
  7. Today
  8. No. It’s just that you are too dim to see beyond what you read on facebook. It’s ok I guess. There are a lot of ignorant people out there. You’ve got a boatload of company.
  9. Gonna be difficult to solve this issue given the only player who did ANYTHING is out..
  10. Expecting the Bills run D to improve a little: Jets..........24 Bills...........31
  11. I will look forward to your link with that exact quote. “His words” as you said But you and I both know it doesn’t exist. You will just link the DEI clip but that’s nowhere what you just claimed he “literally said” But it does make sense you have no idea who or what Charlie Kirk did. You described him as college dropout podcaster. Charlie Kirk isn’t famous for speaking in just a room with high profile guests prerecorded….. that’s more Joe Rogan, Charlie Kirk engaged and debated regular students at universities, see he didn’t lecture he debated that was his thing. Now as a college dropout….. pretty sure that college dropout had a net worth more than you and I could ever attain. Maybe college was a scam.
  12. More like the Alaska vomit. 🤢
  13. There was no question among our immediate section that we needed a turnover to truly have a chance. Behold: Ed Oliver forcing the fumble from Derrick Henry. Just mugging him in the backfield, really. Stealing his lunch money. Felt live like they might have failed to recover the fumble, tbh, but that was the moment that we KNEW this was mathematically in motion.
  14. We should post a full account of his comments.
  15. No violence coming from a guy having spent time in prison for assulting a police officer among other things. He has also tried to enter the US using a false passport and served time for it. Your hero picks never fail to surprise.
  16. That’s how YOU took it. Don’t blame me for his bigotry. He literally said that black people in influential positions were stealing from white people. His words. Just because he was killed does not mean we should gloss over his bigotry. Like why are we canonizing this college dropout podcaster that spewed hate? I don’t get it?
  17. No your post was he didn’t deserve to die but he kinda did because he deserved it because “hate speech” Same logic that goes what I said. And you watch your mouth about skin color
  18. Im aware. Harrison Phillips played a lot of three tech in college.
  19. For those who care: https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6623193/2025/09/12/bills-ed-oliver-injury-tj-sanders/
  20. in your mind, calling out hate is “liberal”. sorry. you are equating hate speech to clothes. get help. Lemme guess - you think his attacks on people with different skin “makes him a good Christian”
  21. Rousseau as part of a Parsons trade package makes plenty of sense, except for all the deal money he'd incur. But on the field, sure. I've grown disillusioned with Groot. Hopefully he proves me wrong starting this week. The problem with that trade package is that the "+2 picks" would be at least the next 2 1sts, which hurts (major loss of cap-controlled talent). Unless you want to be super cynical about Beane's 1st round drafting, in which case, then I guess an argument can be made.
  22. Interesting post given the thread topic. Are we supposed to be outraged because she was denied the additional 8-12hrs to diarrhea out her hairbrained take on the situation? Really? Old gal is feigning outrage over the timeliness of disclosure when we all know she'd rather they never caught the scumbag at all lol. A whole night deprived of rage farming on the Twitter machine, poor jo..we must impeach!
  23. No one was saying she deserves to get raped- but when you dress a certain way you attract creeps I translated that to liberal logic to show how stupid you sound
