davefan66
This whole Miami rivalry is a joke. That was 30 years ago. A win against the Pats would be much more gratifying. Really man, totally different situations nowadays, and both teams suck. Â Actually, we've made the 'phins look great today.
Maguire's Beer
I have another newsflash. Reed is better than Evans. He tries harder and makes more plays. Â Evans just made a helluva catch on that drive that Reed couldn't make in his wildest dreams.
ChasBB
wow -- onsides! How the hell did Miami muscle the ball back.
Mr. WEO
I think Evans has stepped it up today. Both likely want to be viewed in contrast to TO. Â Might I point out that TO, even in 90 heat, is a glove-wearing Mary?

John Adams
Only thing worse than TO quitting on a team, is TO quitting without drama. Â He would get a standing ovation if he went off this week. Â The bad news about that TD. Trent gets to keep playing.

DC Tom
Evans just made a helluva catch on that drive that Reed couldn't make in his wildest dreams. Â And over the first three games, Reed leads the WRs in receptions. And makes receptions in traffic, and can take a hit, and blocks well on running plays... DC Tom
He would get a standing ovation if he went off this week. Â The bad news about that TD. Trent gets to keep playing. Â As though putting any other QB back there would make any sort of difference. Â The worse news: Jauron gets to keep coaching for another week. kasper13
How the (nasty obcenities here) did they not recover that? TWO Bills with the ball right underneath Lindell and Miami recovers it. Worthless and weak.

Tcali
couldnt watch last weeks game---me and the little woman had other longstanding plans. it was a great, unaggravating sunday. we all need to learn something ..finally... -by the way--been watching this team since ive been knee high to a grasshopper(1964).This game ranks up there with the most embarrassing---and thats saying a lot. Its like 1968 again..or 69,70,71,72 76.77,78,79,83,84,85,96,97,2000,01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08...and yes now 2009.

John Adams
And over the first three games, Reed leads the WRs in receptions. And makes receptions in traffic, and can take a hit, and blocks well on running plays... Â I have thought Reed was the better WR between him and Evans for 2 years. Evans is a little B word. The only reason he has any career is that JP used to heave it long every 3rd play and occasionally Evans would make the catch.

DC Tom
I am sick of hearing these announcers say "Polite with the block..." That's about the eighth time I've heard that and asked myself "Who the !@#$ is blocking politely?"
Geno Smith's Arm
That's one of the problems. TO is a winner...and a quitter on a loser. He's quit on Trent/this team. Â I don't think Owens (calling him "TO" is pandering to his ego) has anything to do with the problems because these are the same problems they have had for years. Leave Owens alone, it's pretty much human nature for some that has experienced lots of success to lose passion when faced with this kind of hopelessness. Josh Reed just doesn't know any better. DC Tom
I have thought Reed was the better WR between him and Evans for 2 years. Evans is a little B word. The only reason he has any career is that JP used to heave it long every 3rd play and occasionally Evans would make the catch. Â But it's not an exact comparison. Evans is never going to make tough catches over the middle, and Reed is never going to be a deep sideline threat. Â If forced to choose, I'd take Reed over Evans any day (based on work ethic and effort). But they complement each other nicely.

BillsGuyInMalta
GOODBYE DICK JAURON. GOODBYE DICKIE! GOODBYE DICK JAURON. SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU GO! Not this week unfortunately. Â He'll have to melt down against the hapless Browns in Buffalo to get himself fired. Â He'll get a free pass this week. You know, because of the heat. And the injuries. And I think there were a lot of bugs out there.
Alaska Darin
Finally a safety blitz. What a great call against a QB making his first start. Nice to see it made it into the playbook this week. It was under the tab "wait until we're down 3 TDs with virtually no chance of winning".  WTG, Perry. Coming up small in the winnable games. As usual. We all need to work out our frustration in different ways.  Your drunk if you think Evans is better than Reed. Evans couldn't carry Reed's jock. I would much rather have a TO/Reed tandem than TO/Evans. When Reed was the #2 WR last year, Trent played well. The instant Reed went out with injury last year, Trent started this tailspin.
