Snorom
It sure would have been cool if they came forward themselves and admitted to just letting thier emotions take control and appologized... However fan anger is raging out of control IMO. Between hateful messages being twittered to players, and tihs vandalism, its only a matter of time before some deranged fan hindes behind some bushes with a baseball bat. I personally tried to send a letter to McKelvin telling him how classless most of us fans felt this was.. I hope he gets my message.
BillsWatch
They should be made to wear teal and orange jumpsuits and made to work everyday on road picking up trash during and after ever home game. It will give a lot laughs to McKelvin and crew to see them after getting out of work.

Wagon Circler
John Leypoldt got mugged in the parking lot after the game after missing a chippy fg around 1966. It became part of Bill's lore and people still laugh about it today. Let's not be too politically correct and blow this out of proportion. AS Bill fans,We wear ouir hearts on our sleeve. One would be quite stupid to attack an NFL footbal player with a bat. Better make sure your first swing is an upper deck one, cause you ain't gonna outrun him. What a class act Leodis is though, I think he already knows that we all have his back on this. This guy is really young, with an unbelievable up-side, we do not want him to lose faith in the fans. I was mad as hell, just like everyone else, but there is plenty of blame to go around for this latest debacle.

Tcali
---Some things have certainly changed. Didn't one of the Bills FG kickers get mugged by some fans in the 60s??--Guys were probably laughing about it over a beer..saying it was all in good fun. Tough crowd those Bills fans back in the day. MRW
It's bad enough that the kids might face criminal charges, but they'll also have to deal with Child Protective Services being called in since their parents are raising them to be Bills fans. Mr. WEO
This is it???? One day after his fumble led to a loss against the Patriots, McKelvin's front lawn was spray painted with the words "learn to take a knee," and "because of you 25-24." The comments refer to his ill fated, late game decision to return a kickoff (which he fumbled) instead of downing the ball for a touchback. It also included the score of Monday's game. This is the horrible "violence" everyone is openly weeping about? "Hey Leodis, learn to take a knee". Oh the humanity.... That is some lame "vandalism". Oh the humanity.... That is some lame "vandalism". Then there was that [no doubt crude representation of] male genetalia... I think this is one of those times where these kids should have to wear sandwich boards or better yet spend and hour pilloried outside a farmer's market when tomatoes are on sale. Oh the humanity.... That is some lame "vandalism". Don't you know Mr. WEO: We come from the land of the ice and "bubble." "We gotta protect our family." You know what? It "takes a village", start getting to know your neighbors... They might look out after the place... Or at least get a security camera with time-lapse DVR. Oh... In repsonse to MRW: It's bad enough that the kids might face criminal charges, but they'll also have to deal with Child Protective Services being called in since their parents are raising them to be Bills fans. Disturbingly "passionate" Bills fans that don't know how to channel their angst in a positive and "classy" manner.
ExiledInIllinois
Quick question? How old were these teens? 16? Did they ever see the Bills beat the Pats*, even considering the Bills and Pats* meet twice a season? Oh wait... When the Bills beat the Pats* during the season they were ages: 1,3,5,6,7, and 10. Wow... I don't know how sad this is, but it only took me about a minute to figure it out.
Gordio
The fans also would openly urinate in the stands. I guess people were a little more thick skinned back then having been a decade removed from a world war and all. Some of my friends back when we were in college used to urinate in the stands. We used to sit in tunnel side of the endzone. This was back the early 90's. Funny thing is, noone seemed to really mind. Now if you look at a person with an opposing jersey cross eyed security escorts you out. The stadium has gone soft.
