We have one of the greatest QBs in NFL history, and one of the all time playoff QBs

We should get to the Superbowl with just solid defense in this AFC this particular year

The oline should destroy defenses

Falcons game was another comedy of errors.  How did we lose to a team that lost to the panthers 30-0, [a team Bills beat 40-9] and only put up 14 points???

That was a terribly played game, but it doesn’t have nearly the same effect on our season due to being an nfc team

"As of early December 2025, the New England Patriots' run defense is elite, ranking as high as #1 in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per game (around 79.2 YPG) by Week 11, and generally considered a top-tier unit, sometimes appearing in the top 5 or 10 nationally by various metrics like total defense or points allowed, even if passing defense struggles.

Key Rankings & Stats (Early December 2025):

Rush Defense Rank (Yards Allowed): Around #1 (e.g., 79.2 YPG by Week 11).

Total Defense Rank: Around #8 (e.g., 306.2 YPG by Week 11).

Points Allowed Rank: Around #6 (e.g., 19.2 PPG by Week 11).

Rush Yards Allowed (Total): Around 1,163 yards, placing them in the Top 10. "

The run defense the last 4 weeks ranks EPA 25th after being Top 3 most the year. Injuries have really hurt them there. This isn't the same team we faced earlier in the year.

We can definitely beat any of these teams in the playoffs. It just sucks that the degree of difficulty will be upped with likely not having any home games unless the chips fall right. We don't have a great road record in the McDermott / Allen era but it's also a miniscule sample size when not including the Chiefs.

Houston needed like 8 sacks and multiple turnovers to barely beat us on a night where we played poorly and lacked several key weapons and lost both OTs.

good luck to them to try to replicate that.

I definitely don't want the Bills to have to go to Houston. For some reason that place is a personal house of horrors for the Bills. That is why I am rooting for the Jaguars to win the division, so Houston goes in as a WC. Plus, the Jags have no fans, Bills Mafia would take over their place, and it would be a "home" game playing in Jacksonville. I have no problem with the Bills traveling to other places including Denver and New England. I just don't want them to have to go to Houston.

I believe their Run defense in the last four weeks have been average or below average as discussed in Locked on Bills.

No team scares me in the playoffs except the Bills themselves.  We lose because we beat ourselves with stupid turnovers, mind-numbing penalties, lackluster tackling, and unable to make in-game adjustments.  If we play relatively mistake free fundamental football, we win period!

I don't like this seeding. The only way to get a home game is Houston in the AFCCG. The 5 seed is way better but with Houston at number 7, they're still the only team we could play home in the AFCCG. I could be wrong, but that's how I see it running it through my brain.

I can’t say I'm overly worried about any of those teams … more worried about our own … injuries can derail you in the space of one week , never mind dumb penalties and panicky coaching ..

Have a better plan  if you play Houston … the O Line is one of our strengths …. Get some help from TEs and RBs  and the 5 guys have to play better next time

Some of you guys are a little nuts here regarding Denver. I hate to say it, if they get home field as the #1 seed, they're SB bound.

Remember, Denver is a dangerous place to play for any team. Denver & Seattle are really tough on visiting teams, no way the Broncos are going away easily.

Denver won’t be loving going against the Bills either… they have had a couple of hidings from them over the past few meetings … including last time at Mile High and in last years playoffs
