I am mostly worried about Diggs. It looks like he is mostly a slot guy now, just running quick stuff and picking up an easy 7 yards.

So that means we have the combination of “Washed up Taron” or “Try-hard Cam Lewis” trying to cover him inside? That is going to be a problem.

Plus he can smile all nice and say the right things but there’s no love lost for his exiting WNY.  You can bet he’s firIng up the Pat’s.

It’s time to lock in for the division and playoffs!

stefon diggs:

None of these look comfortable. Am I missing something? At least old school Pokemon cards have some value, or NFTs, crypto, sports cards. None of these look valuable at all. I love Diggs, but come on!!

If they do play them in the playoffs then I hope, it's in OP. For whatever reason the Bills can't seem to win in Houston.

That’s my main focus right now. Have a higher seed than the Texans.

No doubt. He will be leading the fans in MVP chants for Drake Maye. He will be even more pumped for this game than he was for the previous one, as will Hollins. Kraft will love him for it. I hope so bad that we beat them

I have it on good authority that Diggs will be a non factor. It is december now, and we know he disappears in December.

I can see McDermott warning everyone as they enter the facility “Dry off your shoes before stepping inside; and for the love of God, PAY ATTENTION TO FINGERS NEAR THE DOOR JAMB BEFORE CLOSING ANY DOORS!!!”

Also @Slippery Rubber Mats!

We don't want anyone getting Brohm'd.

Diggs is nothing like Chase.

Diggs is elusive and smarter than Chase - relying now on his knowledge and skill.

McDaniels will pull and motion Diggs inside against the nickel, keeping someone outside for Benford.

I'm interested to see how the Bills plan on covering Diggs. He's a chain mover at this point but was very effective in the first game and I hope they have a better plan for him this time around.

That was Kolb.

Brohm was the next great Bills QB that we plucked off the Packers PS.

And he never got a fair chance.

Yeah, this is a worry. A soft zone and no pressure is a bad combination when you have reliable receivers, as Burrow showed us last week. I'd like to see a more aggressive defense, even it it means a few long plays. Better than a demoralizing series of third and long conversions up and down the field all day. Alternatively, they could study film and look for patterns to exploit, as Bernard did to intercept I think Mahomes earlier in the season. But with their bye, it's more likely the Pats will have studied the Bills' patterns. (Of course, to master Brady's full playbook, you only need to watch a single series, so maybe they went skiing instead.)

Given Taron’s struggles this season, I suspect we will get a steady dose of Stefon in the slot as he plays there half the time as it is. I hope McD can devise a bracketing scheme of some sort to neutralize him. Easier said than done though. But even though Stefon torched us with 146 on 10 catches earlier, it was only a three point loss on a FG with less than 20 seconds remaining. Gonna be interesting.

I mean as a Pats fan, I would never turn down a Bills @ Pats AFC Championship game.

I don’t talk a lot of smack about Taron because even though he’s not having a great year he hasn’t forgot how to play, and this is the time of year he steps up. I’m betting Taron is going to silence doubters this week

If he could, he would’ve already done so. He’s been fantastic throughout his career here, but the wheels fell off this year. He’s been burned way too many times. It’s just a fact of life. At some point, our athleticism diminishes, especially when we’ve used it at a high level for so long.

Please don’t take my criticism of Taron as “talking smack” as nothing could be further from the truth. He’s made some good plays this year even though he’s struggled at times.
