ryguy101 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) Bills Week 12 Rooting Interests I will be putting this up every week now!!! Bills over Texans obvious reasons Colts over Chiefs I'm half and half over this- We want the #1 seed so we would go Chiefs over Colts BUT the Chiefs are always a competitor to the Bills in the postseason (although idk how I would feel facing the Colts w Jonathon Taylor and our run defense) but the Colts winning would hinder our chance for #1 seed Seahawks over Titans really doesn't matter so NFC over AFC Vikings over Packers read above Jets over Ravens IDC about we wanting the division to lose their games- WE DON'T WANT TO SEE THE RAVENS IN THE PLAYOFFS Giants over Lions doesn't matter- I like to see upsets (you never know when its Jameis Winston) Bears over Steelers don't want to see the Steelers (NFC over AFC) Bengals over Pats we want the #1 seed Browns over Raiders we will see the Browns later so we want teams with higher SOS for playoffs Cards over Jags NFC over AFC Cowboys over Eagles idc Falcons over Saints Higher SOS Bucs over Rams Higher SOS Panthers over 49ers Higher SOS Put these in on the ESPN playoff machine: Colts have #1 seed Bills @ Steelers Edited 11 hours ago by ryguy101 1 2 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago (edited) Chiefs Colts is intriguing. On the one hand, this will be a VERY desperate Chiefs team facing a losing record for the first time in a really long time. On the other hand you have a Colts team that needs to prove they can beat talented teams. It should be a battle. I'm rooting for the Colts here. We need to take care of our own business of getting the division lead before I worry about seeding. Chiefs losing pushes us closer to a wild card spot if we can't catch up Jets/Ravens could be interesting. Our old buddy Tyrod is starting for the Jets. Obviously, we should be Jet fans this weekend. We should be wearing our orange and black stripes as well as we NEED Flacco to ball out and bet the Pats. Unfortunately, as slim as the odds were...they got slimmer with both Hendrickson ruled out and Chase scheduled for a one game suspension. Maye should put up some big numbers on that Bengal defense. Start ALL New England players in fantasy. I'm actually hoping the Steelers beat the Bears. For the sole reason being, if they keep winning Baltimore can't pull ahead in the division. FireChans Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago I will never root for the Chiefs, even in pursuit of seeding. i will root for them to lose every game and be mathematically eliminated first. 2 4 1 1 Quote
Einstein Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Rooting interests… sigh. It sure is frustrating to think that the only thing separating us from #1 in the conference and #5 in the conference are losses to two teams with losing records. 1 Quote
SCBills Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago (edited) Steelers over Bears Someone has to win that division. Much rather PIT than BAL, especially if we can’t catch NE Edited 9 hours ago by SCBills 5 7 Quote

harryS Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I understand rooting for Indy over KC, as things don't have to always be logical. The logical thing is to root for KC, though. The Bills have never won a road playoff game under McDermott and are just 2-2 on the road so far this season despite playing 4 non-playoff teams. And in the scenario where the Bills do make the playoffs this season as a wild card, probably the only possibility to host the AFC Championship Game is if KC gets in as a lower wild-card and wins two road games (which the Bills would have to match, of course). I mean, the best answer is to not think about it and just root for the Bills to beat the Texans with no injuries and ignore other games. But if MUST think about it... 1 Quote
transplantbillsfan Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Ummmm... no... we want the Steelers to keep winning outside our game against them if we don't want the Ravens in the playoffs 2 Quote

Kirby Jackson Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago So, we are cheering for the Bills to move closer to the 1 seed and for Baltimore & KC to miss the playoffs. Works for me 1 Quote
