They need to beat the Chargers and hope they win a tie breaker over them if the two teams are tied at the end of the year. That's their best chance in, I think. 

 

It appears Steelers will actually win the North. Colts might lose out and should miss the playoffs. It will come down to the Chargers collapsing down the stretch which will need to include a loss to the Chiefs. Given the Chargers schedule and their snake bitten history that's not all that unlikely.

Agree, that is their only (very slim) chance, is passing the Chargers. The Chargers schedule is brutal the rest of the way, but they currently have three less losses and the tiebreaker.

Yeah if they somehow find their way at 10-7 will be extremely annoyed. I will be waiting on that eliminated graphic. Couldn’t happen to a better fan base.

Bills/Patriots & Texans/Jags are more likely than not to make up two of the WC spots. The other two teams will win the division. That leaves the Chargers. They have four losses. KC has seven. But the Chargers have a tough schedule upcoming. So I could see them collapsing and KC making it in. Obviously, KC absolutely need to beat the Chargers.

 

Colts are done. Dolphins--don't believe in at all.

Probably but I don’t see the Colts or Chargers  winning many more games. Ravens also in trouble. It’s not over but they need a lot of things to swing their way.

If chargers win at least one afc game (Denver,kc,Houston) and beats Dallas it’s definitely over for kc but that’s a bit of a meatgrinder

I only believe it now since it has actually happened! I thought they would find a way to make it into week 18 still having a shot to get in as the number 7. 

 

For this year at least the magic has run out and their core stars are banged up or getting older.  

 

Wonder how they will play the Broncos, that being their only meaningful game left on the schedule.
