Unless one or both wake up and decide to retire, they will be here for a long time still. McD will never quit. I wish but there is zero chance. He won’t admit he can’t get it done. He is too much of a competitor. Edited 3 hours ago by atlbillsfan1975 Quote

Bottom line fact is we are 6-3 with 8 games left and the division leader is 7-2. Nothing will happen unless the wheels fall off, and my gut says Beane is first. Look again buddy. NE is 8-2 ! Quote

He is too much of a competitor. I think that is true for every NFL coach under 70. The only time I saw one quit, not due to health or old age, was Marrone, but he thought he had the Jets job in the bag. I mean, even Pete Carroll came back. They can't stop, won't stop. Quote

Billz4ever Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago 28 minutes ago, Bangarang said: Pegula isn't going to get rid of anyone unless Josh demands it. He's kept Kevyn Adams as GM of the Sabres for 6 years now despite zero playoff appearances and icing one of the worst teams in the league his entire tenure. I would imagine Pegula likes Beane and McD and has given them both a very long leash despite it being pretty clear that this team is unlikely to win a SB under their control. Strap in folks, they're about to be here for the rest of Josh Allen's prime. I honestly don't see the scenario where Josh calls Beane or McD out...at least not in public anyway. Maybe behind the scenes, but even yesterday in the postgame presser, he was saying everything he was supposed to say and defended the team, coaches, and his WR room full of bums even though he looks like a man completely beat down and was wearing his frustration on his face and in his tone. CirclnWagons Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I was in the “just happy to be in the playoffs” camp for a lot of years after the drought but with a generational talent at QB, we have to demand more and it seems more apparent by the year, this entire organization is just fine maybe winning a playoff game every now and again and calling it a season. Mango Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Terry Pegula and accountability? Lol. Go a couple miles down route 5 and check on the Sabres.... Quote

Josh is media trained. He was defending Dorsey until the end as well. 1 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago everybody "wants to win" That's not what separates the winners from the also rans though Quote
BillMafia716ix Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Well if you factor in all the winning Beane and McDermott have done since they been here…I don’t think they’re in any danger of being fired. Quote
DallasBillsFan1 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I think Terry Pegula is intesely loyal to Beane/McDermott. Quote
SydneyBillsFan Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago In England they would say that Terry Pegula "hasn't got the bottle". And they'd be right. Quote
TheFunPolice Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago According to WGR this morning McDermott is not happy with Beane. Supposedly he wanted WR help both in the draft and at the deadline. If you listen back to McDermott's postgames after these recent losses with that lens it sounds like a guy who is not happy with the state of the offense, especially the passing game. I could see Beane being gone after this season, especially if the lack of WR talent bites us. That would also buy McDermott some more time and be easier for the owner to stomach than a wholesale change. Bills would have their pick of any available GM candidate. Quote
SydneyBillsFan Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago ∆∆∆ I don't believe any of that for a second Quote

To me that sounds like something the HC's camp would leak out there. Just like the rumor about Waddle sounded like something the GM's camp would leak. Could be nothing but also could indicate some internal strife there. Quote
C.Biscuit97 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Leslie Frazier got fired after having a top 3 defense. I don’t necessarily need anyone fired but a major problem with this team (which is still a SB contender) is bad draft picks and bad contracts. Quote
