Since we're just all complaining about everythjng today, I hate that the bills focus so much on PR in their press conferences. I don't expect coaches to throw guys under the bus, but saying you're not concerned about the passing game is just laughable. Man up and just admit you need to be better and it sucks

Real questions, real journalism. Address the problems and concerns and see what they steps are going to be to remedy or change them.

I had a thought a few days ago......McDermott continually promotes coordinators from within. I'm thinking he does that to protect himself from an outside perspective that might be different or better than his. These guys are good or okay at times, but in the long run, it's been failing. This is a system that isn't working. It's descending rather than ascending.

Not for nothing, that means this board is bad at picking OCs then too because overwhelmingly people wanted Dorsey and then Brady

but most don’t wanna talk about that

Are board members being paid millions of dollars per year to do nothing else but make smart football personnel decisions?

I was sick of you guys moaning about Brady, like you have for very OC that has been in for the Bills. But this season, Brady has disappointed me bad, and none more so than today. The contrast with Miami was too much. Look at all the misdirection, playaction the Fins used. Why can't the Bills do that?

Still, OC aside, how could the Bills not run well against one of the worst run D in the league, AND with their secondary totally banged up? It make no sense.

That’s never stopped anyone on here before, but now that’s an issue?

Ken Dorsey didn't care about developing a run game, and almost all of his pass routes were downfield.  It was explosive at times, but also inefficient and turned the ball over way too much.

Joe Brady has a creative run game.  But his entire pass scheme is about screens and quick 2-yard throws.  So if anything causes them to get behind the sticks, the offense is screwed and stalls-out.

Why can't we just hire an OC that understands how to run a balanced NFL offense, instead of some gimmicky nonsense?

I hate to say it but I can see Josh getting sick of the lack of support.  He’s a Ca kid with Ca family roots and a Ca wife.  Just sayin’!  This is starting to look and feel like a dead end.  He sure as ***** hasn’t looked happy at times this year. In fact he’s looked pretty frustrated.

we've become a lesser version than the ravens offense at this point.  all run no pass, and we have josh not lamar.  realized today our passing game is so weak we're not built at all to come back when we're down.  at half time i had no faith our offense would put it together and get the win.  next to none anyway, i was still hopeful

If McD was any good at picking coordinators, you’d see more of them in HC jobs now on other teams.  Sad to say DaBoll is a disaster and I can’t think of any other McD HC’s from his coaching “tree”.

The losing Pegula “culture” is to promote from within, even though they’re not qualified for the jobs they’re promoted into.

The one with the worst resume (Daboll) wound up being the best.

I have major concerns over Brady's passing attack, but maybe he's just trying to utilize the tools he has?

IDK - Brady found a way to make Stef Diggs irrelevant, to which I can never look past the underutilization of Diggs’ talent.  His “everybody eats” philosophy isn’t enough to win a championship

Thank you!!!! I’ve been saying this since last year!!! We don’t even put Coleman in motion to cause any type of confusion!!! We do nothing before the play. When I watch the Chiefs play, I get nervous pre-snap just off of their motions with receivers! We do nothing before misdirection or crossing patterns. We run a 1990s style offense!
