The blowout will be too late to galvanize Beane into action, but maybe McDermott will finally fire Brady and close the chapter on Babich. I too think it will be a drubbing! I think we get some garbage time TD's that make the game look closer than it really was. They are going to key in on Cook and that is pretty much all we have. Their DC Spaggs is no dummy. He will have a GP for our offense that our OC will not be able to work around. Brady is extremely limited and was shut down last year in the AFC Championship game, hence the reason he opted to go for 3- straight qb sneaks to the exact same side and hole. 1 Quote

D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 26-20 Chiefs. Spags puts McDuffie on Shakir, the rest can't get open consistently. He'll blitz and we can't handle it til proven otherwise and he won't let Cook run completely wild. We will try to hit the TEs in the middle (and Shakir) but they'll be some tips and interceptions. Josh will be more uncomfortable than he was even last week. On defense, we do better than people think we'll do, give up some yards and get some RZ stops that lead to FGS. Quote
HappyDays Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I guess a WR trade isn't happening this week, so... Chiefs 27 Bills 21 Don't get me wrong, there are some intangibles that favor us in this one. KC on the road coming off a MNF game while we were resting our starters in the 4th quarter of our last game. Josh Allen as a home underdog. These are factors that sharp bettors would latch on to. Allen is going to bounce back from his slump eventually and this opponent might be the best one to wake him up. Unfortunately I just don't buy that our offense is talented enough to out score them. Especially with Palmer likely to miss the game. Spagnuolo has rounded his defense into form as you'd expect. They're not going to lay down and die like Carolina did. Cook will get his yards but without a legit downfield passing game the margins are too narrow. The defense I actually expect to perform reasonably well as they usually do in the regular season matchup, but this is the best KC offense we've seen in a few years so I think 24-30 points given up is a good predictive range. I have very little confidence that we can win this game. If Cook can really take off at a level better than I expect and Allen plays MVP/near-perfect caliber QB then we can edge out a close win... but that's a lot to ask and even then we wouldn't run away with it. Hopefully I'm way off in my thoughts here. Quote

Playoffs? Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 38-24 Chiefs I just don’t know how our defense is going to cover their speedsters. And I’m not loving the way Allen is playing right now. Spags will take away Cook. And our WRs still can’t separate. Not feeling good about this game. Would love to be wrong. Quote
DabillsDaBillsDaBills Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago KC 37 Bills 17 Our DEF only plays well vs scrubs like Fields and Dalton. A loss could actually help the season. I think we need something to galvanize this team into action (trading for a WR or firing a coordinator) and a bad loss to KC might just be the ticket. Quote
zow2 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Chiefs 30 Bills 28 I bet the Bills +2.5 as they are almost never home dogs and they play better when people start doubting them. Still not convinced they will win though based on what i’ve seen from the passing game recently. Quote
Blackbeard Posted 55 minutes ago Posted 55 minutes ago I don’t like that there are multiple games where Allen has looked flustered. Reid is taking copious notes I’m sure. I think if Brady can get Cook to cook, we’ll win. Bills 30 cheaps 28. Quote
