He's given up 7 receptions and missed 2 tackles all season. He'll never be a "throw OL away" type dominant run defender LB, and he occasionally takes bad angles. He should probably take over the Milano role next season, but we can do worse at MLB. 1 Quote

I highly doubt they’re getting a 1st with the current injury and contract needed long term. If Phillips went for a 3rd, I’d guess a 2nd or 3rd and change would be the offers. CIN can keep him if they want, but I doubt he’s planning on suiting up for them anytime soon, if at all. Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I think it’s hilarious how in a one week span most fans went from ready to storm OBD to demand a trade for a mid-level WR and now most are in on investing MORE into the defensive line (which is ironically the position that people have gotten pissed we put to many assets into!) 1 3 Quote

Fair point, but seeing Mahomes get rocked admittedly changed my view a bit. And it seems impact DL could move.. if you told me Olave or Waddle were realistic for us, I can be swayed back to WR. 1 Quote

It was awesome watching mahomes get beat to sheet. It’s just very funny to me that it’s all “how can Beane neglect the WR position for so long, McDermott gets all his toys, jeez our 3rd round DL isn’t even active, boogie basham, Groot is mid, Vonn was a waste, yada yada yada” and now it’s BRING ON THE BEEF! Harrison Phillips ? he fits the need with injuries Shaheed or Waddle since Olave does not seem to be going anywhere as of todays news 1 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/jerry-jones-says-the-cowboys-have-a-trade-in-place This could be a Hendrickson landing spot. They have an extra 1st rounder. And trading Parsons for a first only to give a first for Hendrickson would be something I see Jones doing. 2 1 Quote

I'm still on the WR train. Would love to see a field stretcher like Shaheed who can also return kicks. We can get rid of Codrington who serves no real purpose on this roster. Would like to get a solid DT too given all the injuries and question marks on the interior of the line. 1 Quote

I would love to push the chips all in and go for it even if it means an overpay. Obviously I mean within reason and not like sending a 1st and 2nd for Olave but just go for it Brandon. The last thing I want to hear is "didn't want to mortgage our future". Championships live forever. The problem is that it would take a deal like the one you described as not being within reason to acquire Olave IF the Saints could be persuaded to trade him, which it sounds like they aren't. Quote

3rdand12 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago (edited) yea ,as a fan it seems like a good fit as Harrison can play 1 and 3 tech shade etc. And you mentioned , Shaheed brings x receiver skillset + Fills the needs Edited 10 hours ago by 3rdand12 1 Quote

And the Bengals were going all in to try to compete in the division, so I think the injury is legit. Just something to keep in mind. He's also on the wrong side of 30. He’s had one good year basically. Way overrated. 40 minutes ago, LEBills said: he actually has two games already in his career where he scored two touchdowns. Saints game too (1 receiving and 1 return TD). He was the top draft WR fit for the Bills imo and had him ranked as such in the pre draft WR thread He went 166. Quote
