Joe Brady Nuggets from Penn St Insider

Penn State insider published story.  Brady’s name has been floated around the last few weeks for the Penn State opening.  Rumor is that Brady was getting pushed by Terry Pegula.  As a board of trustees member Pegula has some say.  I thought this is interesting with respect to the Bills.  Mcdermott doesn’t seem as bullet proof.  Without Ben Johnson Brady is likely the next hot OC in football.  He is getting mixed reviews currently, but if Buffalo moved on from Mcdermott it seems Brady would be Pegula’s preferred choice.  I haven’t given much thought about that scenario but it doesn’t seem far fetched.

Regardless if we keep Brady or McDermott or not, our next HC has to be an innovative offensive mind to be paired with Josh for the rest of his career

Agreed but before now wasn’t thinking about that being Brady.

Joe Brady is killing the Bills offense.  I can’t wait until he leaves, and when/if we sign an intelligent offensive coordinator who doesn’t design cute plays, but a real pro offense.

Mike McDaniel should be looking for an OC job with an actual QB. He isn’t afraid of the Buffalo winters. If Brady leaves, I would welcome McDaniel as OC. He can run the O and McD and Babich (or whoever) can handle the Defense.

I’ve been thinking McDaniel would a great addition.  Miami says he’s lasting the season.  I was hoping he’d get canned quick, and Bills could add.  He has a great offensive mind.
