Jones wasnt even starting tonight - it was Walkerz even if Jones didnt hurt his calf. Now you can call me a dick again- but youre just wrong again Quote

Walker has been a revelation - but who else are Dt? Jones is just one of many not deserving to start. Then we have a rotating door of P/S guys being called up each week. At some point, you have to be honest and say DT is a major issue right now. Maybe Oji helps, but this is a weak group behind wave 1. Both Ed Oliver and Deone Walker made more plays then Bernard did tonight. And they stayed on the field. At some point, you have to be honest and say that our starting Middle Linebacker is a major issue. Linebacker as a whole is a bigger problem than DT. Success Posted yesterday at 04:45 AM Posted yesterday at 04:45 AM I'm not 2nd guessing this game like that. I did that for days after last week's game. I'd be an idiot to say "I'm glad we lost." But part of me is glad we didn't find some flukey way to win. We're banged up - but this is our team right now. What we saw is our team, and has been all season. We could easily be .500 or even have a losing record right now. We got one of those plays against Miami, and the Ravens. Games we probably shouldn't have won. I can't say I'm giving up on the season, but we won't compete for a title this year unless Beane does something fairly dramatic at the deadline. We're just not a good team outside of Allen, Cook, Oliver - maybe a couple more guys. 1 Quote

Walker's been the primary undertackle coming off the bench and would have been there tonight if Jones was healthy. Although if he keeps playing like he has been the last couple weeks, they're not going to be able to keep him off the field. 1 Quote

WR group is a joke Other than Taron the DBs are awful. Benford is overrated and overpaid. LB group had always been too small. None of them can stay on the field. McDermott cost us a trophy with 13 seconds. McDermott chased away Diggs - the only other legit superstar on the team. Beane has decimated the roster with multiple draft pick and FA misses. Only hope is a WR trade and get Hairston and Hoecht back. Just the threat of Cooper last year opened the entire offense. All is not lost as the schedule is still a joke. Get healthy. Make a run. 1 Quote
LABILLBACKER Posted yesterday at 04:58 AM Posted yesterday at 04:58 AM 1 hour ago, Simon said: He's been the only LB worth two nickels on this team the entire year. None of Bernard, Milano or certainly Williams would likely not have even gotten a hand on that ball. There's only one way. Work harder. I absolutely love the way Shaq is flying around. He's easily our best LB. Honestly I don't even know if I'd play Milano the rest of the regular season. Stick him in bubble wrap and let Thompson run the middle. 1 Quote

Comes at a perfect time. 1 1 Quote
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted yesterday at 07:14 AM Posted yesterday at 07:14 AM To me Ed Oliver has one great play every few weeks then disappears. For a top ten draft pick he has been disappointing Quote

Maybe I have bad info, but I was told Walker lined up with starting 4 at warmup. Before Jones pulled his calf. Quote
Livinginthepast Posted yesterday at 02:25 PM Posted yesterday at 02:25 PM Shaq has been fairly good for his time in there but in this weak defense we need more than just good. Great play to force a fumble on the first Atlanta play. Something the Bills had numerous opportunities to do throughout the game when they had ball carriers tied up but the whistle hadnt gone yet. I kept screaming at the Tv, "knock it out of his hands!" but the Bills defense doesnt instinctively do this. Shaq could have brought us back from the dead had he just put his body behind the Penix pass and picked it off but he went for the use the hands only strategy . Milano in his prime would have picked that off and returned it for a TD, but that ship sadly has sailed. Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted yesterday at 02:27 PM Posted yesterday at 02:27 PM I was so pissed off when he dropped that. This is crunch time. You make a play when given the opportunity. In this case, he was handed the ball on a platter. You can't miss that opportunity. Quote
Donuts and Doritos Posted yesterday at 02:36 PM Posted yesterday at 02:36 PM IMO shaq has played better than Bernard. But we could do w/ an upgrade at MLB. Quote
