How about sending him out on a wheel route, tired of seeing those stupid jumps balls to Coleman He should def be out there as a pass catcher more often, especially since they have no legit WRs 1 Quote

He wants to be out there helping his team when they need him most. I honestly don't get it. If you're going down, go down with your best guys having a chance at least. My biggest complaint was cook by far is that they never use him in the passing game. I know he’s struggled to haul some of those deeper throws but he can catch a five or 10 yard pass or screen and turn it into something big. But let’s not do that let’s keep trying low percentage jump balls to Keon Coleman. 1 1 Quote

But this year, not so muchfor some reason. Davis has been good for these little swing passes (use them again!) but not as a RB between th tackles. Use Cook more, period. And when they need 1 or 2 yards, TRUST THE OLINE! They never do and get cute. Enough already. And why did we just completly give up on the QB sneak? Even if teams figured it out 15-20% of the time, let's say, it's still better than the BS they are calling now! 1 Quote

So as soon as the game went into full pass mode he was off the field. It’s insane that your best offensive weapon isn’t trusted to be on the field. I’d rather trot out Ty and Cook and pull Moore off the field if you’re so worried about blocking. He needs to be on the field How about on 3rd and 4th and short yardage plays in critical spots? He wasn’t out there and that is ridiculous. He was having a hell of a second half when they gave him the ball. Those should be running downs with our offensive line. Cook doesn’t need to block. I think there’s a good chance it’s a yes and I don’t want that to be true 1 Quote

When Cook get a slot of carries people complain that he isn't going hold up for playoffs. When Cook is not out there for a big play they complain about that. Quote

It’s almost like they forgot that 4th down play in KC last year when he willed his way into the endzone. Something is going on and it isn’t good. Edited 7 hours ago by Walking Tall Quote
Shortchaz Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago McDermott is done imo. He thinks rigidity is honorable above all else. He’s being lapped by people that have actually played NFL football and would love a shot at coaching a josh Allen led team. He has talent but he will never win a championship because he either doesn’t know how to win it all or Isn’t willing to do what it takes. 1 Quote

LEBills Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago We were running the ball well and that 4th and two where Josh flipped the ball to Ty Johnson. I saw Ty was in instead of Cook and was so mad. Leave Cook in and make them account for him, or better yet let him run for those two yards. Cook can’t play every snap, but he should definitely be in on 3rd or 4th and short every time imo 1 Quote

Stop the "cute" plays when you need 1-2 yards and hand it off to Cook, or a Josh run, you know trusting these two stars AND THE BLOCKERS. A few years ago, they needed the cute plays. The OLine couldn't push the pile. They can now. Have confidence in them! 1 Quote
foreboding Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Cook is our most explosive player and unlike the Falcons, Robinson, he never sees a swing or a damn screen pass. 1 1 Quote
NoSaint Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago the offense at this point is Josh - James- dalton with some Shakir here and there the rest is just filler With dalton out, it’s a heavy cook game. And should be a cook pass catching game. Would like to see a few Allen runs that are planned run pass options. Seems like we stropped doing that. Quote
