For sure. Kelce initiated contact, and the DB did the tiniest tug and he ran by. I don’t think he even impeded him at all, should have just let him run by.

 

The ref is supposed to use discretion and they let that go 90% of the time. How they decide when or when not to call DPI is a mystery to even the refs I think.

Refs had nothing to do with it. KC finds and targets lopsided matchups. In this one they've discovered Rock Ya-Sin isn't up to the task and they are relentlessly isolating and targeting him. That DPI was legit and it was a result of good coaching.

The CB was blatantly pulling on his jersey while the ball was in the air in a way that restricted his path to the ball. I know we hate the Chiefs but penalties against them are still penalties.
