I had a weird feeling about it from the start. It seemed "off".

The fact that they announced it just days before the game raised some red flags.

My tin foil hat said that it was thoughtlessly thrown together after a monday AM sales call where the rivals gear wasn't moving so they tried to make it more of a "thing".

Really strange, I went to the BFLO store on Saturday, then the Bills store on Sunday and neither really had any of the rivals gear or away jerseys. I don't understand how both stores weren't just bursting at the seems with white clothing, hats, etc. It just looked set up with all the normal stuff I see on any given week.

But then again I saw loads of rivals jerseys at the game and in the lots so what to do I know.

Darn. I was hoping the bmBucs would wear their creamsicles for that one. But I am looking forward to the Falcons and their throwbacks against us this week.

I swear the uniforms for the 80s and early 90s were so much crisper. Of course, that may just be me liking the old uniforms from teams from when I grew up. Like the Seahawks yesterday. So much better looking.

Yeah, I should know better and just take the next few days away from here. The doom and gloomers win the week. But even in the loss there are positives that will go unnoticed. Third down D was good. Pass Russ was better with some aggressive blitz looks. Stopped the run and a mobile QB. And heck, Kincaid had a great night. Stuff to improve, sure. But stuff to build on as well

I agree. A loss in week 5 does not ruin our season

As you said there are positives, there are things to learn from and both are a necessary part of a teams evolution each season

The Seahawks need to go back to their old uniforms permanently. They are so much better than the uniforms they wear now.

Yes, while that may seem like a silly statement.....   another one of the most EPIC fails IMO in somewhat recent Bills history was a White Out game as well.

Week 8 Jets vs Bills 2011.  The Bills were 5-2 and trying to make a statement to be a solid 1st place team with half the season left.  Instead they got their butts kicked by the Jets and only won one more game that whole season.  Rex then put together a game plan that shut down the Bills offense other teams followed.  And yeah that game I remember being a white out at the stadium.

So yeah that loss was on whose ever brilliant idea it was to try this again.  Bad Karma

Amen to that- unless the white out is caused naturally by a blizzard !   I feel partly to blame- I did not have my Bills mug and my wife did not have her jersey on.

I thought the jerseys looked terrible on TV, you couldn't see the numbers. There is a reason we see in color and not black and white or just white!

They were worse in the stadium. Other than body size I couldn’t distinguish Knox’s 88 and Kincaid’s 86. Though I guess one has hands of stone and the other typically makes an impact so that was another way too.

I really disliked these jerseys and I hope they get canned after whatever the minimum number of years they’re required to use them is. I guess they’re better than the red jerseys but why not just give us the 90’s throwbacks like everyone has asked for?

The uni's (I especially like the helmets) were absolute fire. Loved 'em as did pretty much everyone around us.

The only complaint I had was that it was really hard to pick up jersey numbers in the trenches during plays.

Was that the case in the stadium as well or was it more of an issue with the television screen?

The color of the jersey is the reason they lost. Never mind the penalties, the turnovers as the reason they lost. It was the white jersey. I guess we shouldn't watch the Falcons game next Monday night since the Bills will be wearing the all-white throwbacks.

Actually their record in the throwbacks is pretty good lol

I couldn't make out most numbers in the stadium. The numbers blended with the jerseys

Ahh yeah makes some sense for number clarity. I don’t recall having any issue with it but I’m also at the point where I know which player it is by the shape of them, or posture or hair, etc. lol… in too deep

Now that I think about it, I'm still having some trouble with Walker, Sanders, Logue and even Solomon no matter what they're wearing.

McGovern and Edwards gave me some trouble last night also which isn't typically an issue.
