that is a bang bang play, when the runner is lunging like that. I wanted the eagles to lose, but you can’t call a late hit when a guy is lunging towards the first down and the defender is flying in there like that. Game is on the line and they are trying to stop him from getting a yard! 

 

I would be fuming if I were an eagles fan.

Lunging in there bs launching in there as a torpedo is the reason it's a foul vs trying to stop the player.

I was a big Syracuse fan in the McNabb era, so the Eagles became a team I had a soft spot for. Once that was over, and I met a few Eagles fans over the years, my opinion changed.

It's 100% the fan base to me.  I still don't put them in my personal category of the likes of the Patriots, Chiefs, and Cowboys
