It didn't really look like it in the first half, and granted a lot of their games have been against some bad teams, but Jacksonville's defense has played pretty well so far this year. The Walker/Hines-Allen pairing has really blossomed and some of the new faces on the back 7 have been really nice pickups like Jourdan Lewis.
