Only Shakir gives us something extra. That ability to get loose and breakaway and he’s done it on several occasions.  The rest of our passing game seems oriented towards the Tight Ends and running backs.

Maybe they should bring that little dude back, KJ Hamler.  He had some jets and ability to separate.  that appears to be lacking now.

I'm totally on the Curtis Samuel train.  I don't think he's suddenly gotten bad.   I believe he'll break out soon.

Yes.  And Moore, too.

When has he been good? He’s not an actual WR that can run routes he’s a gimmick/gadget guy. Just look at the one route he broke off to try and get open for Josh he completely bift it.

Moore at least has the potential since he can separate and run routes but he hasn’t done much of anything yet. That’s what happens when you take other teams retreads. Palmer, Samuel, Moore are all guys who didn’t rise on the teams they were on and even if I like that Moore and Palmer create separation they’re not going to ever be difference makers. Shakir is and even though Coleman can’t separate, he’s got some dog in him that encourages me to think he will be a Tee Higgins type WR the more he develops. In the end we need to start taking more chances on WRs in the draft instead of the jags since our FO will never pay big money for a true #1 (and I’m fine with that as long as they take more chances in the draft since there’s always a chance you hit on a game changer that way)

Yeah, this organization is totally fine with signing mediocre back up players and expect them to break out here. Or they love signing injured players thinking they  will recover and be as good as new.
Worked great so far!

James is the Cook.

I don't think there is a more dangerous weapon in football (that's not Josh Allen)

I like cook, but common! You have to take him out on third downs! He’s good, don’t get me wrong. Most dangerous? lol

Yes. Obviously, KJ Hamler is the key.

I really think guys are separating better this year tbh (Coleman especially) but those free yardage underneath throws keep everything on schedule and the run game a constant threat. Personnel wise we are very very tough to stop in the running game and if you’ve got a 95% chance to complete a 5 yard early down pass compared to a 50-60% chance of completing a deep ball it makes sense to take that 5 yards to me

the biggest flaw in Josh’s game in the past was he would force the deep shot every time in that situation lol

really when drives have failed the last few games it seems like Brady/josh got bored and started throwing deep balls rather than sticking with what was working 😂

Strong statement, but I’ve had friends who are fans of other teams texting me “wow” when they watch Cook.

Since the start of the 2024 season, Cook has 21 rushing touchdowns, the most in the NFL during that span.
