There are not many of these in the league - we have none. He’s also the only player to have 12+ sacks in his first 4 years if I remember correctly. Just because we didn’t get him doesn’t make him less of a player, the guy is absolutely disruptive. Never mind the amount of plays he affects that don’t even make the stat sheet. He’s on a first ballot hall of fame trajectory. 2 1 Quote

There aren’t many men that athletic with the production to match. Parsons is absolutely a generational talent. i guess so we calling myles garrett and tj watt and danielle hunter and what maybe maxx crosby generational talents too? thats a lot of generational talents at the same position in one generation imo 1 Quote

Mike in Horseheads Posted August 29 Posted August 29 Jerry: "Things are good here. Things are good here. We have just decided it was in the best interest of our team to take the consideration we had. We appreciate his four years. We can take that consideration and we can win in our minds more than if we had gone the other route and signed him. That's not a negative on Micah. That's just unique to our circumstances." Quote

When Randy Moss was in the league, so was Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, & Terrell Owens. Those guys are on a tier by themselves, first ballot hall of famers. And then you have the rest of the players in the league. 2 Quote

One thing to say he's not worth 47 million dollars. It's another thing to say that. Quote

But of those guys Moss is clearly the best right Parsons I don't consider clearly the best And actually tbh I'm ok calling Calvin Johnson and TO generational talents Throw Julio in there too But they are/were better than Micah Parsons imo Quote

Remember, he’s done something in his first four years that no other player in the history of the league has done. I do agree Moss was the best. Would you consider Calvin Johnson to be a generational talent? Quote

Would you consider Calvin Johnson to be a generational talent? for sure those were some of the best wideouts of all time but for current DEs im only really calling Garrett 'generational' dont get me wrong- parsons is a great player. but the hyperbole around this trade...not feeling it personally Quote

Not everyone gets to play in the AFC East. They'll be better this year, while the Vikings are likely to be worse. Jordan Love was playing injured. Now they just added a star pass rusher. Their rookie WR Golden should also be very good. You may not think much of them, but I believe GB will win the division or just barely be edged out by Detroit. Either way, they'll be good. Quote

I think Parsons is 100% a generational talent and I’d bet the league would agree. Quote

I wouldn't be as critical of him if it was three firsts and Kenny Clark before the draft because $47m per year when you're already paying Dak and Lamb is a lot. However, only getting two which because of Parsons will be in the final eight of the draft now the next two years most likely it's an awful deal. Quote
