5'10 180 vs 6'4 221

They are very different players with different skill sets obviously.  If Coleman gets up to speed, they will not miss Hollins in the least.

Moore has the talent to earn a starting role during camp.

Shakir

Palmer

Moore

could be our base 11 package IMO

I agree... Shakir and Palmer are starting. As of now I have Moore as the other starting wr... Coleman has to prove he can be better than last year to beat him out.

I think Moore is more “likely” than Shenault.

Agree.  The choice is not going to between those two.  More like Shenault vs. Codrington.  It is Moore vs the practice squad scrubs the Bills already have for spot 5.  He is not likely to lose that but I guess we will see.

All of this is fine, but the way Beane came off on the show, knowing he was still searching for WR seems over the top disingenuous…

Again, as I said before, all he had to do was say that he is always open to upgrading the roster, and his phone is always open…this doesn’t indicate tipping his hand at all…it’s simply a vague response that leaves the door open, instead of losing control of his emotions

So here is my take on the whole thing.  I caught the very end of the interview when Jeremy said he wasn't going to be belittled and then rewinded to the very start.  Then I heard Beane talk about the last 2-3 minutes and listened to him come off the way he did.  Then I rewinded again and listened to the last 2-3 minutes he was on hold.  Then I listened from 6am until the full interview happened.

After doing that, I think everyone was in their right to say what they said.  I wanted a WR.  Didn't get it but I'm happy they addressed the defense. They wanted a WR earlier and didn't get it so they made it a point of contention about "why dont you value WR" for a year and a half now so why wouldn't he be tired of hearing about it.

They have the right to criticize anything that he does that doesn't work out (and I know they praised him for addressing the needs on defense) but it really does get tiring after a while.  Even as a regular listener and only hearing "well, we could have had that guy" or "I guess we didn't need to do this".  It's the Simpsons "Old man yells at a cloud".  Why should he care what anyone else thinks outside of the people he has around him in the office?

I think it explains exactly why he acted that way on the radio show......2 radio guys who only have half the information are dogging him for not drafting a WR, when Beane already had a plan in place if the receivers he wanted did not fall to him in the draft.

He was basically telling them "I am thinking 4 steps ahead of you......don't assume I don't know what I am doing because I didn't do the thing you wanted me to do."

Moore is not an X receiver.  No way.  Coleman plays.

Exactly right.  I loved that he put those two clowns in their place.

My only question is "Why in the ***** does he even know who these clowns are or what they're saying?"

He has played as much outside as in the slot. He's the only real speed on the team. If Coleman doesn't improve Moore will get a lot of snaps outside. He's not just Shakir's backup.

So we now have 3 WR with actual separation ability.  Moore, Shakir and Palmer.  You know, that major ability that has eluded our WR corp for ahile now.

I disagree. Beane knew this guy was coming in to talk because he knows more than some dopes on the radio and fans bitching about stuff and all of the dealings that fans aren’t privy to.

Media and fans that complain need to STFU and let men hired to do the job do it. If fans ran the team it would be a big a nightmare.
