Warriorspikes51 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Moore has the talent to earn a starting role during camp. Shakir Palmer Moore could be our base 11 package IMO 1 1 1 Quote

Lots of upside, been with bad QBs and orgs his whole career. Fast. Outside and slot ability. Big fan of this. Hallelujah. Now maybe fans can calm down and wait for camp to begin stressing over the strength and weakness of our WR corps again. Why look at a signing like this with anything but optimism? I mean seriously. They didn't draft but they signed a free agent. Who would love to play for #17 in Buffalo. Helps him out of Cleveland. Helps US out of a WR "controversy" WIN WIN Edited 17 hours ago by muppy 1 1 1 Quote

We need him to play a specific role of outside threat and deep ball catcher. If he serves that role well, this is a win. We don't have that role player at this time, cos I don't trust Samuel to be it. 1 Quote

Coleman has to prove he can be better than last year to beat him out. 1 Quote
gonzo1105 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Well the guy this hurts the most is Shavers. Guy went from # 5 WR and STs ace to hoping that the Bills decide to keep 6 WRs for his ST ability 1 2 Quote

More like Shenault vs. Codrington. It is Moore vs the practice squad scrubs the Bills already have for spot 5. He is not likely to lose that but I guess we will see. Quote

I caught the very end of the interview when Jeremy said he wasn't going to be belittled and then rewinded to the very start. Then I heard Beane talk about the last 2-3 minutes and listened to him come off the way he did. Then I rewinded again and listened to the last 2-3 minutes he was on hold. Then I listened from 6am until the full interview happened. After doing that, I think everyone was in their right to say what they said. I wanted a WR. Didn't get it but I'm happy they addressed the defense. They wanted a WR earlier and didn't get it so they made it a point of contention about "why dont you value WR" for a year and a half now so why wouldn't he be tired of hearing about it. They have the right to criticize anything that he does that doesn't work out (and I know they praised him for addressing the needs on defense) but it really does get tiring after a while. Even as a regular listener and only hearing "well, we could have had that guy" or "I guess we didn't need to do this". It's the Simpsons "Old man yells at a cloud". Why should he care what anyone else thinks outside of the people he has around him in the office? 4 1 Quote

He was basically telling them "I am thinking 4 steps ahead of you......don't assume I don't know what I am doing because I didn't do the thing you wanted me to do." 2 4 1 Quote

I loved that he put those two clowns in their place. 2 Quote

He's the only real speed on the team. If Coleman doesn't improve Moore will get a lot of snaps outside. He's not just Shakir's backup. Edited 17 hours ago by Normaliswear 1 Quote
