I know we're all hurt and looking for people to blame. But there's misses from the best GM's league wide. The Draft is a crap shoot and his success rate isn't bad. Cole Bishop also looks like a bad pick. Kincaid has regressed and there are so many better young TEs that we could have drafted instead. Don't even get me started on Elam, or Von Miller's massive contract, etc.. I don't think he should be fired, but he needs to seriously reanalyze his scouting team and his own decision making and make changes. This team wouldn't make the playoffs with Josh Allen 1 Quote

Easily the worst OL player on both times by a significant margin. you know you are digging deep defending a GM when you are including players picked while he was in the Carolina War Room 8 years ago. 1 Quote
