I guess maybe they're trying to pitch that companies can rent out that space on non-game days for parties?

Muffy and Chet will like it in there when it's cold. Plus it's a place to go at halftime or pre-game and post-game. It will also be booked throughout the year and I guarantee it will be a hot wedding venue for awhile. 

 

I've been inside a similar space in the Eagles Stadium for a corporate event and then again during a game. It was nice.
