Hur says Biden is too old and his memory is too shot for a jury to find him guilty... "We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during out interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," it said. "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. And by the time next year rolls around, he'll be a drooling vegetable and it would be a waste of time. But they can still impeach him.
