Adding a RB

I’ve gotta say, you guys suck at reading.

I guess you need to clarify because to me at least "making sure we have the horses" means upgrading the position.

If you are talking depth then sure it wouldn't hurt to grab an upgrade over Moss if there is one available, but it sounds more like you don't think Singletary has the horses to be the guy when the wind is blowing.

People wanna hear what they wanna hear. Our RB depth stinks. If Singletary goes down, we are stuck with Moss, Cook, who isn't nor should be expected, to be a full time RB this quickly, and Duke Johnson who hasn't been relevant in 3 years.

This team could use another back that can take some of the work off of Singletary so he's fresh down the stretch. I vouched for Gibson because we can probably get him for a 5. He comes from a dumpster fire of an organization and needs a fresh start. I was met with Singletary is better and what a dumb idea, when the idea was for him to come in and be our Running back 2, not to be our workhorse back.

Singletary is just fine. He is not running behind a strong OL (that is the real problem) and besides the Bills offense centers around Allen throwing the ball all over the field anyway. I think Beane will address the OL this offseason like he did the DL last offseason no matter how the season plays out.

I literally say it’s not about upgrading Singletary in the post. Not sure how to make it more clear.

Well sadly for you I don’t think they’re throwing the towel in on him.

No one is quitting on Cook.  He needs to do more with his chances and earn the trust of his coaches and teammates.  Its a long season.  He will get more chances and I am confident that he won't let his next opportunity slip through his fingers.

Getting Cook and Shakir going before January should be a priority for this offense in my opinion.

Lol. The way you are about a crap running back. "Well guess what, sadly for you, they are gonna keep that crappy running back I like. How do you like that?" lol. You're funny

A couple of options worth exploring are:

1.  improving interior offensive line

2. improving interior offensive line

3. improving interior offensive line

4. improving right tackle

5. improving interior offensive line

This is ultimately what needs to happen but I don't think this can be done in-season. No one is trading a cheap OL who is also a good player.

They could get an upgrade to Moss for basically nothing though.

I also think adding a vet S could be in the cards.  Hamlin has been ok but I'm not sure if they are comfortable with Lewis as the 4th S.

Same.  He’s sufficient.  If we want to bolster the run game, improve the OL

In consideration of the fact that the OP named names, you guys got any OL names in mind?

Seems unlikely he, or any RB on the Bills, as long as JA is here, breaks down from overuse.

He's playing over 80% of the snaps and still has to pass block guys who are way bigger than he is for Allen to pass or run routes out of the backfield every play. Its not like Singletary stands there going well I guess i'm not running this time so I can just stand here on this play and rest.

I don’t hate on players.. Weird concept to cheer for players on your team I know. Definitely funny.

That was about Moss. I think Cook would do just fine if he needed to step up and take on more work

None.  Unfortunately, I don't think anyone is looking to move capable lineman in a league filled with bad line play.

If we are talking about efficient use of our resources, I don't think buying a new furnace to heat the house makes sense when theres a Saffold sized hole in the roof.

It's ok to hate on players that aren't good at what they do. But if we could get a an improvement over Moss, why not take it?

This makes no sense. If we can’t upgrade the IOL then it’s not like we have a better option.

I’d rather have a furnace than nothing lol
