President Biden held what we were told was a “press conference” today in which he gaslit the country once again by telling struggling Americans that everything was going to be okay, portraying himself as a hero for all, and not shouldering one iota of the blame for the rising cost of everything including the food items people are buying in order to prepare their Thanksgiving dinners.

In addition to that was the usual generous helping of out and out incoherence, something that has become a staple at any public event where the current Oval Office occupant opens his mouth to speak.

Though this was ostensibly billed as a “press conference,” Biden took no questions from the members of the press who were assembled to document what he said and who no doubt hoped they’d get the opportunity to ask some questions. This, too, has become an all too common occurrence at so-called “pressers” involving POTUS — that is, the ones his handlers don’t scrap as a preventative measure against further embarrassment, of course.

But something happened at the end of today’s event that I believe epitomizes the sorry state of affairs between the Biden White House and the press corps, many of whom are growing increasingly frustrated at the lack of access to Biden in the midst of all that’s going on in the country — and are saying so. No, elevator music wasn’t played at the end of this particular gathering. Instead, you had numerous reporters yelling out questions, with one at the tip end of Biden exiting the stage, all but literally begging Biden to answer him:

Reminds me of this guy who denied and deflected about the virus and even though he knew in 2019 about the severity of this virus:

And then the POS told Americans they should take hydroxychloroquine...

Then the POS looked to Dr. Birx and told Americans to inject disinfectant into a person infected with the coronavirus as a deterrent to the virus...

giphy.gif

And the CULT wonders why no one takes this POS seriously... Lysol? Ultraviolet lights? HCH?

And then he kept repeating himself over...

giphy.gif

And over...

and then told us to accept his incompetence and dereliction of duty:

While he focused on more important things:

He is comparing what you think a successful Presidency was to what you think an unsuccessful Presidency is.

Your idea of a good President vs. a bad President isn’t his ideals, his deficiency in logic, him wanting to be a dictator or not. I’ve seen enough of your threads, or should I say your quotes, to understand the only thing you want in a President is an (R) next to his name.

If Biden ran as an (R) you’d love him. You wouldn’t care what he ran on, you’d care about that (R). We can see that with all these Trump-idiots, there’s not a single Bush Republican that would support that fool.

This is standard projection by you and others.

None of it is correct.

and none of that is surprising.

Biden Has 'Very Unusual' Cancelation of Yet Another Event

But yesterday, Biden suddenly canceled another event where he was supposed to make remarks about “his Administration’s work to strengthen the nation’s supply chains, lower everyday costs for families, and ensure that shelves are well-stocked this holiday season.” The cancelation came just minutes before he was supposed to speak.

Even Senior White House Reporter for NBC News Digital Shannon Pettypiece commented that this was “very unusual” for someone to cancel like that, minutes before.

White House staff decided at the last minute to shelve the talking points around funding and training looting flash mobs to steal boats and other water craft in order to sail out to the harbor to directly loot cargo ships suggesting this will assist the ports in unloading the ships more quickly.  While also praising the entrepreneurial spirit and initiative of the looters and criminal gangs.  Media comments on the idea were extremely supportive as they praised the out of the box thinking culture that's been encouraged by leadership inside the administration.  The administration also suggested international maritime law could be applied to avoid charging anyone with a crime under US law.  Another big positive.  All in all, a win/win idea.

Bush Republican (reformed).   I voted for Trump.

Interestingly, lots of Dems and Indies hated Bush for his supposed war crimes in Iraq, and hated his supporters as well.  Now, with W being cozy with former Presidents Obama and Clinton, and almost kinda president Clinton the lesser, folks are offering up platitudes like “Bush Republicans”.   Why do you let yourself be manipulated like that?

Not all that long ago you all wanted hope and change.  Who knew your hope and change was an establishment guy long past his best years, who actually prides himself as being subservient to a junior staffer and is proud of it.

But yeah, Trump. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Some of Trump's biggest critics were also some of his biggest fans.  If you paid attention you'd know this.

Because at the end of the day all the people claiming to be into social justice and other causes support the authoritarian political establishment.  That's the end result of it all.  The Bush's, Clinton's, Biden, and Obama, a junior Senator from Illinois that came out of obscurity to win the Presidency twice in what suddenly became a "racist" America when Trump took office.

Bush was a war criminal to the left but now the media portrays him as some kind of hero for opposing Trump.  Even though his administration is responsible for the imposition of the security state after 9/11 which eliminated the basic concepts of personal privacy.

Trump was an outsider plain and simple.  An anti-establishment, anti-globalist, pro-nationalist, America first guy that might spoil the party and certainly would interrupt it on the road to the globalist goal of eliminating the concept of the nation state.  A global system which of course anoints the billionaire class as rulers.  And the idiots on the left fall in, and support this objective.  Are they really embracing rule by billionaire businessmen or just stupid?  Maybe they can explain?

Trump's views and policies didn't matter.  Or the fact he was a Republican.  It didn't matter.  It could have been Bernie Sanders, it could have been Tulsi Gabbard.  It could have been any outsider that pulled an upset.  The establishment would be given them the same treatment.  Whatever the left is thinking this objective achieved is not going to turn out good for the average person and whatever fantasies they want to believe they're not going to be exempt from any of it.

Latest weekly jobless claims fall to 199,000, the lowest since 1969!!!

This has got to be the dumbest article and post this year.  You obviously have no idea how unemployment is measured.  What's the one factor missing from this idiotic article and your even dumber post?  What a mess.

Biden's job approval slides Again as Americans find him weak on crime and inflation:
New poll shows more than half of US doesn't trust President to negotiate with Putin

by Elizabeth Elkind

A devastating new poll for President Joe Biden released on Sunday shows Americans disagreeing with his handling of nearly every issue currently plaguing the United States. As inflation rises to the highest level in 40 years, just 28 percent of Americans believe he's handing it right while 69 percent disapprove. Biden is losing Americans' faith on the foreign policy front as well. After his two-hour video call with Vladimir Putin on his aggressive actions toward Ukraine last week, only 38 percent of Americans have faith he can negotiate with the Russian leader.

I was wrong........he has a FULL schedule.

At today’s White House briefing, Jen Psaki responded to a question about President Biden and possible Covid-19 exposure by assuring reporters that the president has a full schedule today:

The Hill’s Joe Concha was among those looking for evidence of a full presidential schedule and coming up mostly empty:

Did anyone catch the Freudian slip from little Miss Peppermint Patty yesterday? When asked whether the President would be taking questions today, her response was ‘only if you ask the right questions’! What the? She needs to go! Those words should NEVER be uttered from a press Secretary. Toss her out.

Associated Press Shines Uncomfortable Spotlight on Joe Biden's Media Access Problems

91900737-ddc0-4492-a760-232aad784c0c-860

Though the mainstream media are almost always reluctant to criticize Democrats, one area where they sometimes make an exception is when those same Democrats consistently demonstrate a reluctance to engage with the press corps on a regular basis, especially in formal settings like scheduled pressers and sit-down interviews where direct and follow-up questions can be asked.

Though some in the media are apparently okay with the table scraps Biden occasionally throws at them in those situations, others are not. The Associated Press demonstrated the latter with a report they filed this morning which shined an uncomfortable spotlight on Biden’s press access issues a year into his presidency using information recently gathered by Towson University’s White House Transition Project:

As Biden wraps up his first year in the White House, he has held fewer news conferences than any of his five immediate predecessors at the same point in their presidencies, and has participated in fewer media interviews than any of his recent predecessors.

Biden has done just 22 media interviews, fewer than any of his six most recent White House predecessors at the same point in their presidencies.

The 46th president has held just nine formal news conferences — six solo and three jointly with visiting foreign leaders.

Former President Donald Trump, who regularly pilloried the media, did 92 interviews in his first year in office, more than two dozen of those with friendly interlocutors at Fox News. But Trump also held lengthy sessions with ABC News, The Associated Press, the New York Times, Reuters and other outlets whose coverage he impugned throughout his presidency.

Because they want to give him the benefit of the doubt, I’ve seen some in the press laughably claim this is a “disciplined” strategy on the part of Biden, supposedly designed to give him more time to focus on the issues facing the American people and balancing them with the occasional back and forth with the media.

The real issue is that Biden is just not a very effective messenger for a number of reasons, most disturbingly because half the time he appears to lose track of what he’s saying and/or where he is, which oftentimes leads to wildly awkward/inappropriate moments as the cameras roll. As a result, Biden’s team including Psaki have fine-tuned the media avoidance tactic/hideout plan they used for most of 2020, ostensibly on grounds that it was safer for all involved during the coronavirus pandemic.

As I’ve said before, as much as we rail on the mainstream media for their bias, it’s not because we hate the media – it’s because we want them to actually do what they’re supposed to do and hold government officials accountable and to report stories from a neutral perspective that allows the reader/viewer to form their own opinions. It’s difficult for the media to do their jobs when political figures play access games and let their handlers do a lion’s share of the dirty work in attempting to clean up their boss’s messes.

Jen Psaki’s spin on the AP’s report later today during the White House press briefing should be fascinating. Stay tuned.
