The gathering at the airport is not organized, no fees paid, and noone is making a profit. Its just people getting together and EXPECTING to be allowed to trash the place. Trash containers are provided, but people are paid after the game as part of that fee to clean up. There aren't people standing by at the airport after a non organized event.
