Potential for fans in the playoffs....

Lets say they allow 10,000 people in. How do they decide who gets tickets. I am assuming season ticket holders with the most seniority.

I was told during the offseason that they'd go based on seniority. Not sure if that's still the process, but I can't imagine why it wouldn't be.

I think considering that this stadium is outdoors and it will be cold (thus people will actually cover their faces) I don't see the harm in letting 7 to 10k fans in. I personally take Covid seriously so I wouldn't recommend this unless I thought it made sense and I think it does and is fairly safe.

Wouldn't this tend to be older folks then? Ones who perhaps wouldn't be as raucous as the younger, drunker ones? Would be a shame because you want as much noise as possible.

After people acting like morons at the airport, it may be a lost cause...Congratulating your team isn't an excuse to get loaded drunk and leave your garbage everywhere. Even broken tables left behind. That is just trash behavior, have some class and clean up your mess. That is private property and people should respect it by cleaning up after.

If fans are allowed I would guarantee you there will be no tailgating allowed.

How in any way does this make it OK to trash an area? I am all good with them gathering and celebrating, but why does it make it OK to expect someone else to clean up after? Like it was some organized gathering with a promoter making money.

Yes, the entitled mentality of someone else is responsible because we decided to wait out here and now someone better clean up after us. I am all for waiting and cheering the team, but if its unorganized you better clean up after yourself.

Can't stand in the cold for 2 hours without throwing your trash everywhere?  Were they toddlers?

Gee thanks for reminding me.

Personal responsibility huh.

Ever look at the crap left in ANY NFL stadium?  Ever look at the garbage Bill tailgators leave all the time?  But hey we celebrate that but god help us, people left garbage out at the airport.  Lets swipe up all the garbage in a pile, make a  big deal out of it  and use it as an example for personal responsibility!  LOL

Do i wish no one left trash there, yes .  I know it is a big bummer.  But I live ion the real world and have real expectations.

And these are all organized gatherings with an entry fee, and garbage facilities are provided. The gathering at the airport is not organized, no fees paid, and noone is making a profit. Its just people getting together and EXPECTING to be allowed to trash the place.

Did i say is t was ok?  No so dont put words in my mouth.

Oh i see by your logic it is ok to trash things as long as it is "organized" and some promoter is making  money.

Were not you lecturing about "entitled mentality'?

Well i guess all the crap left at tailgating and all NFL stadiums is an example of "entitled mentality'?  Got it!

Nope, an entry fee is paid for the stadiums. Trash containers are provided, but people are paid after the game as part of that fee to clean up.

There aren't people standing by at the airport after a non organized event.
