Football season ends April 1st.  Yes that's correct a full 6 game season is underway here.

Football season happened here in this state when metrics were worse then they were in September

No word on how "overwhelmed" our hospitals are.

Question nothing.

The state of emergency is good business for state government bureaucracy.  There is every incentive to keep it alive so that the federal government continues shoveling money to the states to prop up pensions and pay for all sorts of stuff.  The stimulus bill reflects it.    NY state is set to receive nearly $24 billion in cash with no strings.

If the federal government told the healthcare industry and the states that no more federal money is coming their way because of COVID, states would open up within the hour.

What projections are you talking about?

 Maybe this

President Trump is claiming that without his efforts, there would have been 2 million deaths in the U.S. from COVID-19.

But that 2 million number is taken from a model that shows what would happen without any mitigation measures — that is, if citizens had continued their daily lives as usual, and governments did nothing. Experts said that wouldn’t have happened in real life.

Trump implemented travel restrictions for some people traveling from China beginning Feb. 2 and for Europe on March 11. But experts say and reports show the restrictions don’t appear to have had much effect because they were put in place too late and had too many holes.

"Once we flatten the curve we can sort of well we need to not overwhelm the hospitals ok but there are too many cases so wait till the vaccine but hold on variants and not sure what the vaccines do ok so f...it until all the kids are vaccinated by September 2022....."

Who elected the CDC President?

"The C.D.C. on Monday released long-awaited guidance for Americans who have been fully vaccinated, telling them that it is safe to gather in small groups at home without masks or social distancing."

Its cool everyone.  You can now gather in small groups in your homes......if you are fully vaccinated!

Wow what awful lives people have been living the last 12 months.  And willingly.

What was going to be your plan if Trump didn't succeed at developing the miracle vaccine?

What if there is no cure?

What was your long term strategy?

Why I know this has all been bull ***t

That dude wrote a book on "leadership" during the pandemic and bragged about how New York handled it better than everyone.

Dupes.  You're all dupes.  The Chinese are crying hysterically laughing at all this.

Good news.  GET VACCINATED PEOPLE.  Convince vaccine skeptics the best you can.  Full supply should be available by May.

I believe the numbers show that people are indeed getting vaccinated at unprecedented numbers. Sure, there’ll be some who don’t but that’s true for all vaccinations...and I’m not going to yell at or throw shame at people who don’t. You never know what conditions they may have or life experience they’ve gone through. One of the best things about this particular vaccine is that it’s bipartisan. It was developed under Trump and dispensed under Biden...so I’m hoping it takes some of the politics out of it...or at least it should!

Yea we know this.  That's great.  Awesome.  I guess.

But when did this become about herd immunity and vaccinate all kids?

How is anyone good with the 60000000 goal post moves, lying, and the suffering our kids will continue to endure in blue states still by September of this year.

Polls have shown a greater degree of vaccine hesitancy from Republicans.
