Then notice the legs, one is standing on the right leg, the other on their left. Since you're concentrating on one image and not the other, it appears that they are spinning in the same direction, but it's actually opposite directions. If you can, try watching the middle one, and you'll pick up the slight difference in rotation out of the corner of your eyes.
